Jennifer Pedranti is giving her home an exciting new update.
On January 28, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom took to her Instagram Stories to reveal a new home renovation project. "Good times over here," she wrote over the video, showing several people doing work on the interior of the home. Jenn lives in the home with fiancé Ryan Boyajian and their blended family (Jenn has five kids with her ex-husband, Will Pedranti and Ryan has two adult kids from a previous relationship).
Though Jenn didn't give any details about what specific work she was getting done on the home, it looked like they were either putting in new floors or doing work on the floors and stairs. They also had plastic taped to the walls and ladders around, prompting us to wonder if there was also painting being done to the space.

During a July 2024 chat with BravoTV.com, Jenn shared that she doesn't have plans to leave Orange County anytime soon. "I would be so grateful to stay in the OC long term. I love it," the Oklahoma native said.
Though she's still getting herself "more established right now" in her current space, Jenn noted she was interested in buying more homes in the future "for investment" purposes.
"Who wouldn't want to?" she asked, adding that buying property in Oklahoa would be her first priority, since her "whole world" is there.
"It'd be so fun to go home and have a spot," she shared, noting that she and Ryan also love Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Bahamas. "I could pick a place anywhere."

In addition to their home renovations and property plans, Jenn and and Ryan are in the process of planning their wedding. “Ryan and I are planning a summer wedding next summer with the kids,” she shared in a November 2024 interview with The Daily Dish.
Though the couple have a large blended family, Jenn noted she wants to keep the ceremony low-key.
"I could walk down to the courthouse and sign papers. I'm not looking for any big thing," she shared while visiting Bravo HQ. "Our spot is in the Bahamas, we just got back, we took 10 kids. We do that trip every summer, so we're thinking next summer. It will be at Baha Mar, the resort we love there. It will just be casual, it'll just be us with our kids. I'm super close with my family."
