Justin Sylvester, who got his start working for Kyle Richards, just shared a peek inside his gorgeous — and cozy — home.

The E! host and television personality took to his Instagram Stories on February 27 to show off his living room, revealing a charming fireplace with a small, well-lit fire burning inside. Logs were neatly arranged on a black metal grate while a mesh screen in front of the burning wood provided safety.
The surrounding area appeared to be made of polished marble with a smooth, beige surface that contrasted the dark interior of the fireplace. "I built this," Justin wrote over the image. Though it was unclear if he was referencing just the fire for the evening or the whole construct of the fireplace, the mood was nevertheless so calm and inviting.
Kyle Richards' friendship with Justin Sylvester, explained
In addition to sharing views inside his gorgeous home, Justin has also opened up in the past about his friendship with Kyle. During a 2022 appearance on TODAY, Justin shared just how fundamental Kyle has been in his life.
"My first job was working for Kyle Richards," he explained on the morning news series. "She was on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I started with her from Season 1, and during Season 2, someone had a 'Gays and Gals' party. She sat me down and she said, 'I really want you to come with me, but I know you’re not out to your family. And if you do this, the schtick is up. If you do decide to do this, I will be with you every step of the way.'"
"It was the hardest call of my life, but the greatest call of my life," he further recounted. "That moment changed my life forever because, for the longest time, I was hiding my real dream. I knew I could never be in front of the camera because of the shame I would bring all my family."
Where do Justin Sylvester and Kyle Richards stand today?
They remain close friends to this day. After completing a week as co-host on Jenna & Friends on TODAY, Justin reflected on his relationship with Kyle and the advice she's given him over the years. "Kyle Richards is always my rock, and her just reminding me to be myself and reminding me that I got this was huge," he shared in an interview with People in February.
