Teen Mom” personality Kailyn Lowry uploaded a social media video amid rumors regarding her fiancé, Elijah Scott.
People magazine reported that Lowry and Scott filmed a TikTok video that showed them standing together while staring at the camera. She also wrote in the text overlying the video, “when fake news hits the group chat.”
In the caption, Lowry referenced that rumors have been circulating about her relationship with Scott, who is the father of her three youngest children, Rio, 2, Verse, 1, and Valley, 1.

A commenter took to the comments section to write, “Such a way to clap back at all the drama everyone’s trying to create 🤣.”
“The [expletive] we’ve been reading is wild,” replied Lowry.
People magazine reported that Lowry was likely referring to rumors that Scott was unfaithful with an individual known as Britt on social media during the summer of 2024.
Kailyn Lowry Made Positive Comments About Her Fiancé in October 2025
Lowry spoke about her relationship with Scott during an October 2025 interview with Us Weekly. According to Lowry, “He’s so cool, calm, and collected at all times.”
“I’ve never experienced that in my entire life. He’s an angel on this earth. And I don’t know what I did to deserve him,” said Lowry to the publication.
She then shared that Scott has been a wonderful stepfather to her older children, Isaac, Lux, Lincoln, and Creed.
“He stepped into that so seamlessly. And my kids love him,” said Lowry during the Us Weekly interview.
She also said Scott is “the good cop” when it comes to parenting Lowry’s children.
Kailyn Lowry Spoke About Her Engagement in August 2024
Lowry and Scott got engaged in the summer of 2024. While recording an August 2024 episode of her podcast, “Coffee Convos,” Lowry said Scott has continually asked her for her hand in marriage throughout their relationship.
“It was just like this, like, ‘When are we going to get married? When are we going to get married? When are we going to get married?’ [He] was like asking me to marry him all the time,” said Lowry during the podcast episode.
She then shared he eventually purchased her an engagement ring and proposed to her in their shared home.
“He came into the bathroom while I was getting ready, and he gave me the ring … I was like, ‘Oh my God, thank you!’” said Lowry, who was married to Javi Marroquin until 2016.
Lowry also explained that she appreciated her casual engagement.
“I don’t like being the center of attention, surprisingly,” said Lowry.
