Kim Zolciak Accused Ex Kroy Biermann Of Stealing $1,500 In Prescription Meds In Christmas Day Police Call

Kim Zolciak has accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of stealing over $1,500 worth of prescription medication, according to newly obtained police bodycam footage.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, reportedly called police on Christmas Day, alleging that she returned home from California to find her house ransacked.

“I came home to nothing. I came home to everything being gone,” Zolciak told officers in the footage. She claimed Biermann, 39, took items from her storage unit, closets, safe and pantry.

However, she appeared most distressed about the missing medications, which she said were valued at $700 and $500.

“I don’t have time for this s–- in my life, and when it comes to my medicine that I have to medically have, and it’s gone and stolen out of my fridge? I have a problem,” she told officers, adding that she wants Biermann out of her life so she can move on.

Zolciak further alleged that despite a court order granting him access only to the nanny’s room, where she stores additional medication, Biermann “breaks in all the time.” She also claimed that their children have had to call the police to protect her due to the ongoing disputes.

Biermann’s representative denied the allegations, saying in a statement, “Absolutely every allegation she says is false and a lie. Everything she accuses Kroy of doing is exactly what she is doing. At the divorce proceedings and after, it will all come out with tangible proof for it all.”

This incident is the latest in a series of disputes between the estranged couple. In January 2024, Zolciak accused Biermann of stealing her purses and jewelry. At the time, Biermann denied the allegations, stating in police footage that he “didn’t do anything” and that his safety was “in jeopardy.”

Law enforcement officers have been called to their shared residence multiple times over domestic violence claims. In one instance, police mediated a situation where Biermann returned several of Zolciak’s belongings, including a comforter, phone charger, medications, and neck cream.

Zolciak and Biermann have been embroiled in a contentious divorce battle since 2023, with both parties filing for divorce, withdrawing and refiling. Financial troubles, including mounting debt and foreclosure proceedings, have further complicated their separation. Last December, Zolciak reportedly moved out of their marital home ahead of its scheduled foreclosure auction.
