Sometimes, we don’t hear about Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s trainwreck of a divorce for a few weeks. But, just when it seems like maybe things are calming down between the Real Housewives of Atlanta/Don’t Be Tardy alums, they pop back up in the news cycle with a fresh batch of chaos.

This time, Kim accused Kroy of spying on her within the Georgia mansion they STILL cohabitate in that the bank miraculously STILL hasn’t repossessed out from under them. She also claims that Kroy stole some of her possessions. She recently filed a motion asking a judge to order Kroy to return it all and stay out of her area.

Kim Zolciak claims Kroy Biermann removed the security cameras from her designated space that would catch him spying

According to TMZ, Kim filed a motion with the court on Wednesday, October 9. In the filing, which is sealed, a “source” revealed that Kim included a new crop of allegations against Kroy.

Last October, a judge ordered Kim and Kroy to stay in separate designated areas of their Milton, Georgia home. Kroy got the primary suite, and Kim was banished to the basement. However, Kim says that Kroy has been entering her space to surveil her. And, she says there are photos of him passed out in her closet after one of his spy missions. Kim also accused Kroy of removing all of the security cameras she installed in her space so he wouldn’t be captured on video being sneaky.

In addition to the spying allegations, Kim accused Kroy of taking several of her personal possessions, including personal notes. She doesn’t want Kroy kicked out of the house, but instead asked the judge to order Kroy to return the items.

This isn’t the first instance of Kim pointing the finger at Kroy for stealing her stuff. In the past, she’s also accused him of stealing her phone and other possessions. Of course, the police visited several times to play referee between Kim and Kroy as well.

Neither Kim nor Kroy have commented yet on their newest strain on the legal system. It’s not looking promising that these two will be able to mediate their way out of this ordeal before their divorce trial, which is scheduled for November.
