Grab some ice for your constantly swiveling neck. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have done another 180 in their never-ending marriage saga.
Just days after Kim accused Kroy of violent outbursts and mental instability a few months ago, the Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy alums shocked everyone by calling off their divorce … again.
Are Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann still getting a divorce?
Not at the moment. According to The U.S. Sun, Kim and Kroy filed to dismiss their case on February 21, closing the door on their second attempt to split. Despite some explosive claims earlier that same week, the couple told the court they’re no longer moving forward with the divorce.
Kim filed paperwork on February 18, saying she believed Kroy might be suffering from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a brain disease linked to repeated head trauma from his time in the NFL. She described him as prone to “angry and emotional outbursts,” accused him of “physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity.” She also asked for a psychological evaluation.
In the filing, Kim said she feared for the kids’ safety if they stayed alone with him. “Left untreated, Mother is gravely concerned about the Children’s best interests when left in the care of Father,” the court documents stated.
But three days later? The newly uncovered docs show they dropped the divorce.
That turnaround happened while the two continued living together in the same home. The bank had already sold it at auction in December 2024 due to foreclosure.
By April 2025, U.S. Marshals showed up and physically removed Kim and Kroy from the house. The new owners had filed to evict them. Four deputies arrived and checked the box confirming they had ejected the couple from the property.
Meanwhile, Kim’s daughter Ariana Biermann has been airing out even more family drama on Bravo’s Next Gen NYC. The 23-year-old says her parents took money she earned as a minor and spent it without telling her. She even claims they used her own money to buy her Christmas presents.
For those keeping track, Kim and Kroy have filed for divorce three times. So, will they ever go through with it? For now, it doesn’t look like it. However, based on their history, give it a few months – this split could easily get rebooted.
