Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia Mansion Finally Sells for $2.75 Million

Kim Kroy mansion sale

Kim Zolciak’s ongoing Atlanta real estate saga is finally over. She and Kroy Biermann have at last sold their Georgia McMansion after more than a year on the market.

Originally listed for $6 million, the house finally found a buyer who wasn’t afraid of all the nasty karma. The mansion sold for $2.75 million, after what seemed like an endless stream of price cuts and auction threats.

And even though they didn’t get their original asking price, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her NFL ex still made a profit. Originally purchased for $900,000 in 2012, the overage should help with the debts they’ve Kim’s run up since they married in 2011.

Kim and Kroy’s massive home finally has a sale

The timing of the sale is lucky for the former couple, since their financers have threatened to foreclose and put the house on auction multiple times. It was actually scheduled for an auction in December, which never panned out, according to TMZ.

The sale ends the constant house drama in Kim and Kroy’s bitter separation. Police have responded to the home on multiple occasions since Kim filed for divorce in 2023. As recently as December, officers arrived at the home to deal with the couples’ dispute over accusations of stealing each other’s personal property. Police bodycam footage was released showing Kroy actually blocking a moving van in the driveway with his own vehicle.

Since the house went on the market, Kim and Kroy have been living in two separate rental houses not far from the mansion. Kroy filed for full custody of their four young children together.

The massive seven bed/11 bath 15,000-square-foot mansion has a chef’s kitchen, movie theater, home gym, and a resort-like backyard. It also includes a pool, game room and a six-car garage, among other luxury details. The home featured prominently on Kim’s former Don’t Be Tardy series.
