Kim Zolciak Reveals What Her "Real Hair" Looks Like (PHOTOS)

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is opening up about what her natural hair looks like when she's not wearing wigs.

Kim Zolciak's hair has been a major topic of conversation since she first appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in Season 1. Although the Don't Be Tardy alum has been more than open about her love of wearing wigs (more on that down below), she isn't afraid to show off her real hair either.

Kim took to her Instagram Story multiple times last year, where she showed off how long her natural hair can get. Kim took to her Instagram Story on Feb. 20, 2024, where she revealed that people were asking her "so many questions" about her real hair. She answered the question by posting a photo of herself showing off her long blonde hair in front of the camera. In the photo, Kim can be seen with her hand resting on her face, while her hair flows over one of her shoulders. "So many questions!" she wrote. "YES this is all my real hair!!"

Months later, in October, she took to her Instagram Story, where she posted yet another look at her hair without a wig. In the photo, Kim can be seen wearing a short-sleeved, turtleneck shirt, posing in her bathroom while flashing a peace sign in the mirror. Kim's hair was definitely the star of the show, as it looked so voluminous and blonde as it cascaded over her shoulder. "Real hair, don't care," she wrote over the photo.

But she has not yet given up on wigs entirely, as Kim teased a future hair change during a recent post to her Instagram Story. Kim snapped a photo of herself looking in the camera, rocking some long, sandy blonde hair. She pinched the front pieces of the hair closer to her face to create the illusion of curtain bangs. "Think I'll have a wig made like this," she wrote over the photo.

Kim also isn't afraid to wear her hair up, either. She showed off her vacation hair and outfit in a series of Instagrams posted to her Story on May 13 during a tropical trip to Turks and Caicos.

Kim dazzled in a pastel colored bikini in the photos, which contrasted with her fresh tan and her blonde hair, worn in an updo. "I'm always clowning," she wrote over one of the snapshots of her, walking down a path with her hair up.
