The RHOBH cast member shows the special place where she finds "a lot of happiness."
As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are well aware, Kyle Richards has a gorgeous house in Encino where she currently lives with her daughters Sophia Umansky and Portia Umansky. However, when Kyle wants to "escape" her life in Los Angeles, she heads straight to her breathtaking vacation home in La Quinta.
In the video above, Kyle gave BravoTV.com a tour of the stunning home, which she noted is just a "two hour drive from Los Angeles."
"Seeing this view just wide open like this to the golf course makes me feel instantly relaxed and peaceful," she said in the clip, noting the home was "a really great place to escape" during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The home has several noteworthy areas, but Kyle explained that the living room is where she and her family spend the most time. "When we're here, this is just the room that we hang out in," she said. "We relax, we entertain, that's why we have this open floor plan."
While Kyle instantly "fell in love" with the kitchen of the house, she noted she wants to "completely redo it" into a "light and bright" space.
Meanwhile, the jaw-dropping backyard "is what having a home in the desert is all about."
"We love the mountains," she continued. "So having a view of the mountains right there was really important to us and it just brings us a lot of happiness."

How many homes do Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky own?
In addition to their Encino and La Quinta homes, Kyle and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky also own a vacation home in Aspen, which they purchased in August 2022.
Previously, Kyle and Mauricio owned a different Aspen house, which they put on the market in June 2022 for $9,750,000. “Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space,” Kyle explained in an Instagram Story at the time, adding that she is “never leaving Aspen.”

Kyle and Mauricio are still deciding what to do with their family home amid their separation.
"We still have not filed for divorce or anything, but... we have had more conversations about like, what should we do? Should I still live where I'm living? Should we sell the house and each go buy two new homes? Or do we keep the house, because it is such a special property and just each go our different ways?" she explained on the RHOBH After Show. "We're discussing those things now, which we did not before."
