Lala Kent couldn’t stomach trashing her pumped breast milk — so she drank it.
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum made the decision because she didn’t have anywhere “to put [her] breast milk to save” it when she recorded Tuesday’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast episode.
“I put it in my coffee and drank 10 ounces of breast milk this morning,” she admitted after host Amanda Hirsch asked whether she had tossed it.
Lala Kent admitted to putting breast milk in her coffee.
The reality star made the reveal on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast Tuesday.
She didn’t want to “dump” any milk despite having nowhere to store it.
Kent, 34, explained, “I’m not dumping it down the sink.”
The reality star noted that she was all “prepped” for her time away from 3-month-old daughter Sosa, calling herself a “good factory.”
She added, “I was never married to the act of breastfeeding. I was like, ‘Maybe I’ll do it, maybe my milk will come in, maybe it won’t. We’ll see.'”
Kent spoke about breastfeeding her 3-month-old daughter, Sosa.
She conceived the little one via sperm donor, welcoming her in September.
Kent gave birth to Sosa in September after conceiving the little one with the help of a sperm donor.
Sosa joined 3-year-old sister Ocean, whom the “Give Them Lala” podcast host welcomed in March 2021 with then-fiancé Randall Emmett.
At the time, the new mom made headlines for using her “boobie milk … [when she] ran out of creamer” for her coffee.
She is also the mother of 3-year-old daughter Ocean.
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum co-parents the toddler with ex Randall Emmett.
“Not bad,” she said of the mixture via Instagram Stories in April 2021.
In a “Vanderpump Rules” episode five months later, Kent told Emmett, 53, that her breast milk was “pretty good actually.”
“Breastfeeding is awesome, but Randall won’t try my breastmilk, and it really bums me out because I think it would be so hot,” the former SUR hostess said in a Season 9 confessional. “I want my man to milk me.”
Kent made headlines for using breast milk instead of creamer in 2021.
She felt “bum[med] out” at the time that Emmett didn’t want to try it.
The former couple split in October 2021 and now co-parent Ocean, with Kent calling their dynamic “productive” during a “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” appearance last month.
She doubled down on this Tuesday, saying that they have have a desire for Ocean’s well-being “in common.”
The Bravolebrity also told listeners that she wants a third child — and possibly a fourth — without “waiting to find someone” because she is not “ready to accept that the baby stage is over.”
