Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Lauren Himle on Season 20 of “The Bachelor” and she’s been keeping fans updated with her life on social media ever since.
Since her time on the show, Lauren married husband Doug Rahaim in 2020 and they became proud parents to two children: Palmer Rose, born in May 2021, and Douglas Joseph, born in May 2023.
Now, over the weekend, Lauren announced the birth of their third child and revealed the gender of the baby, which she’d been keeping a surprise throughout her pregnancy.
In a heartwarming Instagram post, Lauren introduced her newborn to the world. The post features a series of tender photos capturing the newest addition to the Himle family.
In the caption, Lauren shares they had a baby boy and wrote, “🩵 Theodore Robert 🩵 Completing the fam on May 9th, he’s our biggest surprise!! Welcome to the world cutie 🥹”

Days after Theodore’s birth, Lauren shared a video at home with her three kids on the couch celebrating Mother’s Day. Alongside the video, the mom of three said, “What it’s all about 🥹 Happy Mother’s Day!! 🌸”
