Real Housewives of New Jersey star Lauren Manzo has officially finalized her divorce from ex Vita Scalia after one year.
Vito, 38, filed for divorce from Lauren, 36, in September 2023, citing 'irreconcilable differences' as grounds for divorce.
The former couple got married on July 18, 2015 at a church in New York City and then separated after eight years together.
They share one daughter together: seven-year-old Marchesa 'Markie' Scalia.
In court documents exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Vito and Lauren finalized their divorce in November 2024 after a New Jersey judge signed off on the judgment.
A Marital Settlement Agreement, which was drawn up by both parties back in July 2023, was incorporated into the judgement.

According to court documents exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Lauren and Vito's marital settlement agreement was incorporated into the judgment, which was filed in a New Jersey court in November 2024
The agreement states that both parties shall share joint legal custody with Markie's primary residence being with Lauren and the 'alternate residence' being with Vito.
They agreed to 'confer and consult with each other' when it comes to all matters of their daughter Markie, and they agreed to work with a therapist, especially 'to explain the divorce to the child.'
The exes decided that Lauren's mom, Caroline Manzo - former cast member on the Real Housewives of New Jersey - will help with the exchange of Markie.
Caroline and her husband Albert Manzo's residence in Franklin Lakes - as shown in past episodes of RHONJ - has been deemed the 'exchange point for parenting exchanges,' according to the court docs.
It appears Vito and Lauren want to make their divorce as smooth as possible for their daughter and not let it affect her in any way.
They set forth a set of guidelines that each parent must abide by, including 'providing the child with an emotional environment in which she is free to continue to love the other parent and to spend time with the other parent,' 'encouraging a good feeling from the child about the other parent and relatives,' 'refraining from fighting, arguing or degrading the other parent in the presence of the child,' and 'presenting a united front on the handling of any problem in front of the child.'
They also agreed to 'behave discreetly with other people in the child's presence.'
Furthermore, they made it clear that each parent should not film Markie for TV without making the other parent aware.

'Neither party shall allow the child to be on television without the written consent of both parents,' the parties stated in the marital agreement settlement.
In terms of child custody, Vito agreed to pay Lauren the amount of $1,000 per month in child support.
This number was determined by the parties' gross income, with Vito's being approximately $230,000 per year and Lauren's estimated to be $80,000 per year.
The TV personality was the owner of a makeup and skincare boutique called Cafface Beauty Bar, which has been reported online as no longer in business.
She now owns and operates Fullblown Blow-Out & Beauty Lounge, which is a hair salon that offers services such as facials, blowouts, makeup, and waxing.
As part of the settlement agreement, each party was allowed to keep their respective interests in their businesses, with Lauren having an interest in Cafface LLC and Full Blown Body LLC, and Vito having an interest in VPM Payments, VPM Realty, and Scalia and Co. Craft Kitchen, an Italian restaurant based in Monroe, New York.
In regards to spousal support, Vito said he would pay Lauren a 'limited duration alimony in the amount of $4,000 per month for a period of 27 months,' beginning in August 2023.
The amount and duration of alimony was made 'non-modifiable,' except in the event of 'either party's death, or Wife's re-marriage or cohabitation.'

If Lauren were to 'cohabitate' with a new partner, according to the docs, 'the alimony shall be reviewed in accordance with New Jersey's alimony statute and relevant case law.'
In addition to receiving child and spousal support, the former reality star walked away with ownership of their marital residence in Wayne, New Jersey.
The pair purchased their marital home in 2016 for $500,000, according to property records, and Vito officially signed transfer documents to have the deed in Lauren's name, instead of both of theirs, in March 2024.
Lauren was to 'buy-out' Vito's interest in the marital residence in the amount of $30,000 plus roll-over an additional $25,000 from her retirement assets.
Per the divorce docs, the exes estimated the house is now worth $630,000, and claimed their mortgage balance is $420,000.
The parties agreed that if Lauren were to eventually sell the home, she would not be allowed to 'move more than 30 minutes from the former marital home unless it is closer to Husband's residence, absent Father's consent [or] until the child is emancipated.'
In addition to scoring the home itself, Lauren received 'all contents' inside - except for Vito's jewelry and other personal items, including the outdoor table and chairs and all of his 'Disney Art.'
She was able to retain any and all remaining furniture, household goods, and other items of personal property in the home.
