Lisa Rinna Says ‘Traitors’ Was ‘Harder Than Anything’ She’s Done

“RHOBH” alum Lisa Rinna is back from filming “Traitors” season 4 in Scotland. She called the experience “harder than anything,” including “Dancing With the Stars” and performing on Broadway.

Rinna told her husband Harry Hamlin on their podcast “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” that the people who participate in the show are “badasses … fierce badasses.”

Hamlin jokingly asked his wife if he should be worried, asking her, “So you came home a fierce badass. Should I get my flack jacket on? Do I need to put a helmet on?” Rinna responded, “Have I been nice so far? Have I bit your head off yet? No.”

Rinna couldn’t say much about her experience, explaining to Hamlin, “… I’m under an NDA and I would have to kill you.” She then summed up her experience with maybe a bit of a tongue-in-cheek comment, “Fun. All good. Fun, fun, fun.”

Why Rinna Was Grateful for ‘Traitors’

One thing Rinna could share about filming “Traitors” was the fact that her phone was taken away while filming. And she was so grateful that it did. “They take your phone from you … And I will tell you, it was the greatest thing to ever happen,” she told Hamlin.

She continued, “I needed to be in rehab detox for my phone, and I never would have done it.” Rinna explained that while, like so many people, she’s basically addicted to her phone, it was freeing to not have access to it.

“I didn’t have to look at an email. I didn’t have to do anything,” she shared. “The only responsibility I had was to play the game. That’s it.”

She also explained that since returning from the U.K., she’s been able to limit her screen time like never before. “… Now that I’m back in reality … I have to answer people and do some things, but I’m not fully back,” she said.

Rinna Was Among Other Bravolebrities

In June, the “Traitors” season 4 cast was revealed, and Rinna was not the only “Real Housewives” star on the roster. The cast includes Candiace Dillard Bassett of “RHOP,” Caroline Stanbury of Bravo’s “Ladies of London” and “RHODubai,” Dorinda Medley of “RHONY” and Porsha Williams of “RHOA.”

Other cast members include “DWTS” alum Mark Ballas, Olympic figure skating champions Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir, Stephen Colletti of “Laguna Beach” fame, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alum Monét X Change, Donna Kelce, mother of Travis and and Jason Kelce, Rob Rausch from “Love Island,” and more.

“Traitors” season 4 does not yet have a premiere date, but is expected to air in early 2026.
