Mackenzie McKee, the 30-year-old star of MTV’s Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, is celebrating a joyous milestone in her life: she’s pregnant with twins! McKee shared the exciting news on The Drew Barrymore Show on March 31, 2025, revealing that she and her fiancé, Khesanio Hall, are expecting their first children together after a challenging in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey.
“No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am,” McKee announced, touching her baby bump. “There’s two in there!” Host Drew Barrymore, barely containing her excitement, confirmed, “It’s twins!”

On April 8, 2025, McKee took to Instagram Stories for a Q&A, providing updates on her pregnancy and celebrating reaching the 24-week viability milestone, a significant moment for twin pregnancies. “Each week is a new week to dance through. We made it to 6 months,” Mackenzie said.
It’s estimated that she will give birth in August.
