Mauricio Umansky Says Kyle Richards Got Him a "Nice" Birthday Gift for His New Condo

Despite their yearlong separation, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have maintained a supportive and loving friendship.

This was further proven on June 25 when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom stepped out in West Hollywood to celebrate Mauricio’s birthday. The estranged couple spent the evening at Catch Steak LA, where they were joined by their daughters Alexia, Sophia, and Portia Umansky, as well as Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Brittany, whom she shares with her ex-husband.

Mauricio teases the "really nice" birthday gifts he received from Kyle

Mauricio touched on the celebration during a quick chat with TMZ on Friday (June 28), as he and Alexia were taking a stroll in Beverly Hills. The real estate mogul informed the outlet that he and his daughter both celebrated their birthdays this month, prompting the camera person to ask, “How old are you turning?”

“Me? I’m not telling you that,” Mauricio said with a laugh, before being questioned about the birthday gifts he received from Kyle.

“Some really nice stuff, but I’m not telling you guys that either!” he joked. “[Kyle] got me something from Hermès and then she got me something nice for my new condo.”

Kyle reflects on Mauricio moving out and buying his own home

Mauricio shared the information more than a month after moving out of his and Kyle’s Encino home. The two purchased the lavish estate in 2017 and continued to live under the same roof in the months following their 2023 separation.

Kyle spoke about Mauricio's move in the May 14 episode of the Bitch Bible podcast, admitting it was “weird” when her husband bought his own place.

“I always knew that when that day came, it would feel strange, you know, very real all of a sudden, and that’s exactly what happened,” she said. “I’m a mom of four, I have a busy household… I’m used to having a lot of chaos and stuff going on around in my house, and the day that he moved out was just… it was just strange because I came home and I was like, ‘Everything’s so quiet… Where is everybody?’ And then, you know, it sort of dawned on me."
