Meghan King has a new look!
After years of longing for an updated smile, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum recently flew to Houston to finally begin her veneers journey. Meghan documented the experience in a series of recent Instagram videos filmed at Smile Texas, a nationally known dental practice that has become quite popular within the Bravo-verse.
“I just walked into the most beautiful dental office I’ve ever seen in my life,” Meghan said in a Story. “I’ve been waiting for this day for years. I’ve been following Smile Texas for years… and I am finally here getting veneers!”
The St. Louis resident went on to showcase the office’s luxurious lobby area, filming its marble reception counter, chic artwork, and crystal chandelier.
“This is the lobby! The lobby! Look,” she said. “Are you kidding me? This is beautiful. Is this the norm down here in Houston, Texas? It’s not. I can’t wait!”
Meghan King gets temporary veneers to achieve a "wow factor"

After sharing a “before” photo of her teeth, Meghan met with Dr. Bret Davis to begin her temporary veneers installation.
“This has been my dream for years on end!” she captioned another video. “Temporaries are in and in two weeks I go back to get the finals.”
Dr. Bret went on to share more details about Meghan’s dental work, saying he wanted to “enhance” her smile while maintaining a “natural” appearance. He told viewers Meghan’s teeth were already nice and “relatively straight,” but lacked a “wow factor.”
So, what did the doctor have planned for the former Housewife? Well, he said he would “build out the smile on the sides,” lift the gums on the two front teeth, rotate the canines, and lengthen her teeth “just a hair.”

But the procedure wasn’t strictly for cosmetic purposes. Dr. Bret said Meghan had “tiny cavities” that needed to be addressed and was a long-time teeth grinder that caused tooth chipping and general wear and tear. He explained that her new teeth were designed to alleviate the effects of the latter issue.
“This just isn’t about making her go from a really pretty lady to an even more pretty lady, it’s also making her teeth and whole smile even healthier,” he said.
Dr. Bret then informed Meghan to stick to softer foods for the next two weeks — basically, “eat like a teething toddler.” He said the restrictions would be lifted once the permanent veneers were installed.
“I felt very comfortable, at ease, and the whole process was much shorter than I thought it would be,” Meghan said about her experience. “You guys explained everything so well… I felt comfortable with the whole process. It was great. I didn’t feel a thing.”
Meghan King's Previous Cosmetic Procedures

Meghan is no stranger to cosmetic procedures. Since exiting RHOC, the Missouri native has undergone a breast implant exchange and rhinoplasty. She spoke about the latter in July 2023, roughly a year after going under the knife.
“It’s almost been a year since Dr. [Michael] Niccole at [CosmetiCare] waved his magic wand (scalpel?) and I woke up transformed,” she captioned a carousel. “After going through a public divorce I gave myself a gift I’d always wanted, and let me tell you they aren’t kidding when they say ‘give the swelling a year to go down.’”
