Michelle Saniei Addresses Being in Last Chair at The Valley Reunion, If She’d Return for Season 3, and Says Filming With Jesse is “Up and Down,” Plus Why She Wanted to Quit, and Her “Number One Worry”

The Valley's Michelle Saniei on Being Last Chair at the Reunion, Leaving Andy "in Shock," and Season 3, Plus Having to Film With Jesse, Why She Wanted to Quit, and Her "Number One Worry"

Michelle Saniei reacted to being seated in the last chair at The Valley‘s season two reunion during an interview on Tuesday.

As she also looked ahead to the series’ third season, spoke of the reunion taping, and shared her thoughts on having to continue to film alongside her estranged husband, Jesse Lally, 44, the 36-year-old realtor revealed why she frequently wanted to quit amid season two and named her biggest concern about being a public figure.

“For a second, I [was worried]. But I was warned and told by many people that it was just difficult and it means nothing,” Michelle explained of the seating chart during a May 6 interview with Us Weekly. “I was told that it was actually one of the hardest seating charts to do because there was just so many people that didn’t get along.”

While Michelle was initially supposed to be next to Brittany Cartwright, 36, at the taping, producers switched up the arrangements a number of times before situating her at the end of the row beside Danny Booko, 41, and across from Zack Wickham, 36.

“To be honest, I didn’t want to be directly across from Jesse, so I was fine with it,” she noted.

As for the taping, Michelle admitted that by the time they wrapped, Andy Cohen, 56, seemed to be “a little bit in shock.”

“But I think it went well,” she noted.

Looking ahead to season three, Michelle said, “I think so,” when asked if she’d be back.

“It would be really nice to be like, ‘I’m divorced and this is me finally happy,’” she explained. “I just recently moved into [my boyfriend Aaron Nosler]’s house, so now that we’re living together and stuff, I was like, ‘It would be nice to continue the story in a positive way.’”

As for having to film with Jesse, Michelle admitted to having mixed feelings.

“I go back and forth because I’m like, the worst happened. We’re seeing the worst. It can’t get worse than that. But I also said that after watching season one that it couldn’t get worse and I feel like it did,” she shared during another portion of the interview with Us Weekly.

“Sometimes I am a little naive or I just hope for the best and it doesn’t happen. So I have mixed feelings,” she continued. “We do have certain moments that are OK, but it’s just up and down.”

Throughout the second season, Michelle faced a number of cheating claims, including rumors of a romance with a billionaire and another with a famous director, which made her want to quit “many, many times.”

“I did not sleep, and I cried my eyes out the entire night, and there were times I [couldn’t] do this. But at the end of the day, I had my girlfriends that were very helpful and motivating and I couldn’t have done it without them,” she noted.

Because she and Jesse share a five-year-old daughter, Isabella, her biggest concern about being on the show is her child one day seeing things she said.

“That is my number one worry, and I always think about her, and I feel like that’s why there are times when I am quiet or I won’t fully speak up even though I want to,” Michelle explained. “But at the end of the day, I think about my daughter. I’m like, ‘I could say that,’ but I’m just not going to.”

The Valley season two airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
