Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, are ready to move on from their Beverly Hills mansion.

Less than two years after purchasing the property for $16 million and beginning a home renovation project, the Real Housewives of Orange County stars are hoping to unload the 8,997-square-foot estate for a major profit, listing it for $25 million on Friday with Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles‘ Josh AltmanMatt Altman, and Josh Flagg.

“I don’t know anywhere else you can get 8 prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills completely unobstructed anywhere near this price point,” Josh Altman told TMZ on March 14.

According to the realtor, Heather and Terry are moving from the home because, with just one child at home, they don’t need the space and would like to start traveling more. So, rather than maintaining this large property, the couple will be embracing apartment living at their $14 million penthouse in Century City, which they bought in 2022.

As per the listing of the home, the residence features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a full-sized tennis court, and more.

“With soaring ceilings, elegant finishes, and an open layout designed for both comfort and luxury, this home is a masterpiece of timeless design and modern amenities,” the listing boasts.RHOBH Heather Dubrow Beverly Hills Mansion Exterior

Months after purchasing the Beverly Hills mansion, Heather appeared on New York Live, where she spoke of the impending renovation project.

“What’s crazy is, I tried to buy six other houses and it didn’t work out and the universe led us to this really interesting, iconic estate with a lot of Hollywood history,” Heather gushed. “It’s a really cool project but it’s gonna take about three years to complete so don’t call the movers.”

“We’re still, Terry’s practice is still down there and we’ve been going back and forth between Orange County and L.A. for the last few years so we’re just gonna keep doing that,” she added.
