Madison LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, have listed their 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,858-square-foot Charleston, South Carolina home for $1.75 million.
Just weeks after confirming she is pregnant with her second child, the first for Brett, 38, whom she married in November 2022, the 34-year-old Southern Charm star has confirmed an upcoming move, sharing a post to the listing of her current home on her Instagram Story on Friday.
“Just Listed,” Madison’s post declared on March 7, along with a link to more photos shared by her real estate agent, Tim Schneider, on his Instagram page.
“Just Listed | $1,750,000,” Tim wrote in the caption of his post. “Welcome to 3019 Viscount, a stunning 4 bed, 4 bath retreat in the heart of Daniel Island’s Southside! Brimming with Southern charm, this home features designer details, high-end finishes, and an unbeatable location.”
In addition to a gourmet kitchen, which boasts dark green cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash, Madison and Brett’s residence has a stunning owner’s suite, outfitted with two custom walk-in closets, a luxurious soaking tub, and a glass shower.
Madison and Brett’s master suite also features its own balcony.
With white oak floors throughout the home’s open-concept, the living room boasts a gas fireplace with marble tiling, and the windows are draped with gorgeous white shutters.
On the opposite side of the home’s quaint front porch, which has a hanging swing, is a backyard screened-in porch and a deck.
There’s also a finished space over the garage, which has its own kitchen, living room, a bedroom and bathroom, and even hookups for laundry, and a two-car garage.
The space above the garage features a makeup area and media room.
As Southern Charm fans may recall, Madison and Brett purchased the home for $1.485 million in April 2022, just months after getting engaged. Prior to their purchase, the property had been listed for sale in February 2022 at $1.495 million.
In the comments section of Tim’s post, Madison admitted that her home was “beautiful” as fans wondered why she was leaving.
“Wow!! This is beautiful,” Madison wrote, along with a winking emoji.
Then, after one person suspected she wanted to be “closer to downtown,” Madison confirmed that was “def NOT” the case.
“Where is she goingggg?” asked someone else.
