Healing hearts.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know Rachel Nance on Season 28 of “The Bachelor” when she looked for love with Joey Graziadei.
Since then, she’s been keeping fans updated with her life on social media and recently took to TikTok to share an emotional story.
The Bachelor Nation star just got back from visiting family in Hawaii and while she was unpacking her carry-on, she found something surprising.
It was a note from her mom, Nuela Nance, who Rachel has been open online about their complicated relationship.
In a new TikTok, Rachel shares, “I’m going to cry. It says, ‘My precious Rach.’ My mom wrote me a letter. My mom and I have had a very interesting relationship since I was a kid through adulthood. We’ve really tried to work on it. I don’t think I’ve ever cried on TikTok, but we just need to get these tears out. She wrote me a letter, but I cannot read it right now.”

The Bachelor Nation star continued, saying, “I did open it, and the first words were ‘I’m very sorry.’ Talk about healing the inner child in me. This is a reminder that healing can take 20 years or 30 years, but it is possible because I thought when becoming an adult that my mom and I could not have a good relationship. Anything is possible. Little Rachel is crying right now and adult Rachel is hugging her. I’ll be reading the letter later, but what a way to start the morning.”
Rachel’s fans and fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments of her post with love and care.
Charity Lawson commented saying, “MERCY 😭😭😭❤️i love you”
We’re sending Rachel so much love as she navigates this healing chapter and we continue to wish her nothing but the best.
