Renée Zellweger hit the red carpet alone at the Gotham Television Awards 2025 Monday night after it was revealed that her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, has been taking up residence at the home of a rich divorcee.
The “Bridget Jones’s Diary” star, 56, posed for photos at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, turning heads in an off-the-shoulder black gown.
She completed her look with a pair of classic black pumps.
Zellweger’s outing comes less than a week after Page Six confirmed that Anstead, 46, has been residing at the home of a good female friend in California.
Meanwhile, the actress has been away filming Season 5 of “Only Murders in the Building” in the Big Apple.
The Daily Mail initially reported that the “Wheeler Dealers” alum was recently spotted at 36-year-old Julia “Jules” French’s Laguna Beach mansion.
However, a rep for the TV host denied that French and Anstead are anything more than “platonic.”
“Mr. Anstead is working mostly in the UK, and he has spent some of his limited time back in [Orange County] at his friend’s home,” the rep exclusively told Page Six last week.
“His friend Jules has a separate, detached guest house, and the suggestion that their relationship is anything other than platonic is unacceptable and untrue.”
The rep added: “Mr. Anstead and Ms. Zellweger are still together.”
A source told us that the “Flip Off” star — who shares son Hudson, 5, with ex-wife Christina Haack — told the Daily Mail that he “moved into the apartment above the garage at Jules’ place” after he vacated his rental home last month.
“One of her kids goes to the same school as Hudson,” the insider added.
The Daily Mail also claimed Anstead was dealing with financial woes and was “trying to find another rental place.”
A source close to Zellweger told the outlet that she is still weary of having the car aficionado move in with her, although they’ve been dating for nearly four years.
Anstead and Zellweger began dating in the summer of 2021 after meeting on the set of “Celebrity IOU: Joyride.”
His romance with the two-time Oscar winner came days after he finalized his divorce from Haack, 41.
Ant — who is also dad to daughter Ameliea and son Archie with his first wife, Louise Anstead — and Zellweger went Instagram-official in August of that year.
