Report: Kyle Richards’ Daughters Dragged Into Conservatorship Efforts With Mauricio Umansky’s Dad
The legal battle over Mauricio Umansky’s father just got a little bit messier. Now, he and Kyle Richards’ daughters are involved. If you thought your family was complicated, this one might be worse.
In case you missed it, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars are fighting for Mau’s 81-year-old dad, Eduardo Umansky. They believe he is being manipulated by his girlfriend, Simin Tabibni. Now, Mau’s three daughters have been dragged into the chaos to help support their dad.

According to a report from In Touch, a judge agreed to appoint Mauricio and his sister, Sharon Umansky, in charge of Eduardo’s estate. However, they had to hear from Kyle’s daughters first. Alexia, Portia, and Sophia Umansky all had to submit paperwork confirming that they were aware of their grandfather’s conservatorship, but they declined to be notified regarding further updates on the case.
A judge ruled on the matter earlier this week, which uncovered even more details about Simin’s alleged plot. Not only had she been supposedly isolating him from the family, but she is accused of misappropriating cash from his bank account.
Mauricio and Sharon claimed, “[Eduardo] is unable to resist undue influence and fraud and has been taken advantage of by his girlfriend. Over the court of the past eighteen months, [Eduardo, Mauricio, and Sharon] have discovered that she has taken, secreted, and appropriated more than $260,000 from [Eduardo] through undue influence, whether physical or emotional and/or fraud.”
While all of that unfolded, Sharon also had to file a restraining order against Simin. The two of them got into a tussle in the lobby of Eduardo’s apartment. Despite this, a judge ruled this week that there was plenty of evidence to move forward with the co-conservatorship. They have another hearing in January 2025 where they’ll hammer out more details.
