Kenya Moore and Nene Leakes are two reality TV icons in their own right. While neither are appearing in the upcoming Real Housewives of Atlanta season, a 41-second clip of them bumping into one another has many people urging for Bravo to reconsider their past choices.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta has had many legends in its cast, and tons of moments from the show have gone down in history. Many of the quirky one-liners and hilarious comments have come from both Kenya and Nene in their time. The two were frenemies for some time, but at points their fights were explosive. Now, it seems it’s all water under the bridge – no one is being “so nasty” or “so rude” any more.
RHOA fans ‘miss’ Kenya and Nene bigtime
It looks like everyone was thinking it, now people are saying it – RHOA just isn’t the same without Nene and Kenya in tow.
The two ladies ran into one another at an airport and took to social media to share the moment this December.
Nene speaks to the camera: “Oh my god, you guys. Look who I ran into,” as she stands next to Kenya.
The former RHOA star proceeds to tell people how she’s not wearing any make-up in the video as they both giggle.
It looks like Nene’s making light of recent comments Kenya made suggesting she should lay off the filters online.
Nene and Kenya have undeniable ‘chemistry’
While lots of people are here for Nene and Kenya running into one another, taking to X (Twitter) to say: “Kenya and Nene interaction a win for the Bravo community,” others also love the reunion but don’t want to admit it.
“I hate how entertained I was by this short clip. When you have chemistry, you just have chemistry. NeNe and Kenya certainly have chemistry,” says someone else.
More pen: “This is so healing. Kenya and Nene as a duo would be iconic. Bravo needs to bring back these legends for s17”
Another another says: “…this 41 second IG story being funnier and more captivating than the entire last season of RHOA.”
From Kenya being late to a party, to THAT white refrigerator, and Nene’s savage comment of: “Gone with the wind fabulous is gone, and so is Walter,” the duo kept us entertained for many a season.
For now, it looks like a revamped cast is taking center stage on the all-new RHOA episodes. But, hopefully Nene and Kenya will run into one another again soon.
