RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti Accused of ‘Harassment’ by Ex-Husband

Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti’s ex-husband doesn’t like her talking about him on TV. William Pedranti is accusing his former spouse of telling lies about him and ruining his reputation as part of a plea to cut off her spousal support.

The couple were married from 2002 until 2021 and share five children. William filed for divorce in March 2023, just weeks before Jennifer’s RHOC debut. The divorce was finalized in July 2024.

William wants Jenn’s spousal support terminated

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Jenn’s ex requested that the $1,735 per month he pays in spousal support be terminated. He also asked the court to reduce the $4,674 per month he pays in child support.

The exes share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. The children live with Jennifer, as agreed to in court. Their oldest son, Harrison, is 20 and independent.

The original divorce settlement required William to pay $587 per month in support for their 17-year-old son Dawson. At that time Dawson was living with his mother, but he moved in with his dad in March 2024. William said he now pays all of Dawson’s expenses. Therefore, William would like Jenn’s child support reduced by $587.

William also claims to have had a “significant reduction in” salary due to his “employer needing to conserve capital resources.” On top of that, he pointed out that Jennifer and her longtime boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, got engaged in April. Though nobody seems to know where his money comes from, William argues that Ryan is perfectly able to support Jenn.

William claims his ex is harassing him

William told the court he believes his ex earns around $8,000 a month from Bravo and other sources of income. Jennifer moved in with Ryan after she was evicted from the rental home she previously shared with her children. He believes that Ryan is covering most, if not all, of Jenn’s monthly expenses.

William also accused Jenn of consistently harassing him to meet in person, despite his repeatedly “asking her to stop.” He also says he asked her several times to stop coming to his home. He wants the court to order her to stop coming to his residence, as it’s “harassment and an invasion of my privacy.”

In addition, though their divorce agreement included promises not to disparage each other, William claims Jennifer has broken that promise. He claims Jennifer “made multiple disparaging comments and lies about me on the Bravo TV show, as well as in national media interviews … My reputation has been adversely affected by this.”

Besides the divorce, Jennifer and William were also named in a separate lawsuit involving Jenn’s yoga studio and claims of unpaid rent.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
