Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti is set to face off with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, as they fight over the support she receives, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Jennifer, 47, and her ex agreed to appear in court on Thursday, February 6 where William will have his financial statements examined.
Jennifer and William were married from 2002 to 2022. They hashed out a settlement in June 2024. Per their deal, William agreed to pay $4,674 a month in child support for their four children.
He also agreed to pay $1,735 per month in spousal support. The exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh and Dominic. The deal said the children would live at Jennifer’s home.
As In Touch first reported, months after the deal was reached, William asked for the spousal support to be terminated and his child support obligations to be reduced.
He claimed one of their children was living with him more and that his income had drastically dropped since the initial agreement.
In his filing, William pointed out that Jennifer was living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian. “Jennifer still lives with Ryan, and I believe has little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment etc.) due to this living arrangement,” William wrote.
He added, “She moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease [at a home in Ladera Ranch, California].”
William claimed Jennifer harassed him by showing up to his house uninvited to talk about their kids.
Jennifer scoffed at the request.
She claimed William failed to pay her a $267,000 lump sum payment owed as part of the divorce settlement. She demanded he show up to court with his bank statements to determine how to collect on the debt.
In addition, Jennifer told the court, “I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan. The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option.”
She added, “Had I received my half portion of the proceeds when William received it (which he should have done), I would have had the ability to pay my lease, and I would not have been evicted. Or, I would have had the means to secure my own place without Ryan. It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so.”
Jennifer told the court, “Furthermore, William was also aware at the time we entered the judgment that I was cohabitating with Ryan. Therefore, it is not a change of circumstance warranting consideration to terminate spousal support.”
Jennifer also denied the claims she harassed her ex.
As In Touch first reported, William and Jennifer went back and forth about Jennifer’s spending late last year.
Back in October 2024, Jennifer told the court she earned $7,500 per episode of Real Housewives of Orange County. She claimed her average monthly income was $10,470 and said she had a “nominal” amount in her bank account.
At the time, she said she spent $11,000 on monthly bills.
Now, in a newly filed income and expense declaration, dated January 22, Jennifer updated the financial numbers she submitted in court. Jennifer listed herself as cast member on RHOC and co-owner of Devi Rebel Yoga.
She said last month she earned $7,000 but said her average monthly income has skyrocketed to around $23,000.
She said her last paystub for RHOC was in January for $7,000, and she had no income for December 2024. Jennifer said she had $24,600 in the bank, which means she has started saving since the last declaration was filed.
Jennifer said she did not have any real property. The RHOC star said she spent $1,600 on rent while living with her fiancé Ryan. She said that all of her children live with her.
She said she still owes Ryan $5,000 he loaned her and $40,000 to her parents for a loan, both debts were listed in her income and expense declaration filed last year.
She also revealed a new debt of $11,000 owed in rent.
For his part, William said he pulls in around $16,000 in average monthly income but only made $5,550 in income last month.
