While the duo appeared to be having the best time, Dodd commented: 'That’s funny because [Veronica] told me and Rick she hated you as a teenager and tore your face out of every picture.'
While the Bravo star has since deleted her comments, Dodd made even crueler remarks in the comment section of a Real Housewives fan account's post.
'This chick is such a wanna be stage 5 clinger it’s embarrassing,' Dodd wrote of Sivan. 'Rick has text messages telling her to stop glomming on to me and Kelly to gain more followers.'
She continued: 'She is so desperate for attention she did the “me too” movement. The girl needs to move on get her own marriage and kids.'
Social media users were appalled by Dodd's tactless tirade, with many questioning why she brought up Sivan's decision to come forward about being sexually harassed by Roger Ailes and Harvey Weinstein.
Others were horrified she dissed the TV journalist for not having children of 'her own.'
'Looking through your IG I get why Kelly is jealous, you're beautiful, young and you did something right because your step children still love you,' one fan commented. 'I'm sorry you have to deal with Sociopath Kelly. And why is she stalking you? Because she is jealous.'
Sivan simply replied, 'honestly no idea.'
Dozens of commenters urged Dodd to seek therapy and speculated about the state of her marriage, for being a 'newlywed arguing' with her husband's former flame.
Recently, Dodd faced backlash for wearing an insensitive Drunk Wives Matter hat and flouting social distancing rules at her bridal shower.
Earlier this month, she and Leventhal shared pictures from their 'intimate' wedding ceremony with 'limited guests' in Northern California, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Bravolebrity and her husband began dating in August of 2019, after meeting earlier that summer at Ramona Singer's party in the Hamptons.
In November, Leventhal popped the question with an enormous pear-shaped diamond ring, along with a speech about their love and an apartment full of flowers and champagne.
