RHOM Star Alexia Nepola’s Ex Todd Nepola Buys $4.2 Million Miami Penthouse Just Months After Filing for Divorce

Alexia Nepola’s ex-husband, Todd Nepola, reportedly paid $4.2 million for his luxury apartment shortly after filing for divorce last year. On the new season of The Real Housewives of Miami, Alexia shared that he blindsided her.

Alexia married Todd two years before the divorce filing. In the first season of the reboot, Todd got into it with Alexia’s oldest child, Peter Rosello, 32. She also has a 28-year-old son, Frankie Rosello, who lives with her.

According to The U.S. Sun, Todd paid $4.2 million for his own luxury apartment in Miami. He purchased it in September of last year, months after he surprised Alexia with the filing.

The apartment is 3,000+ square feet with beautiful amenities, three bedrooms, and four-and-a-half baths. The floor-to-ceiling windows are more than 20 feet high, offering a stunning view of Miami.

He also has a gigantic balcony and a carbon fiber kitchen with expensive appliances. The penthouse features a two-car garage located within the unit. The building features a car lift that allows vehicles to be brought directly into the apartment.

Alexia rented a different unit in the same building, and this was shown on RHOM.

Earlier this month, Alexia reflected on her split. “Imagine how hard and how difficult this was for me to have to share [on camera]. It was raw. It was emotional. It was so hard,” she told E! News. “Some days I didn’t even show up to film. It was that bad. It was definitely super hard to share your relationship to the world and then everybody has a public opinion about the situation. So it’s hard.”

Later on, she addressed Larsa Pippen’s feud with Lisa Hochstein.

“It’s very sad. I feel like they’re both wrong and they’re both right. Larsa makes some really good points, Lisa makes some really good points. And I’m stuck in the middle,” she said. “No matter how much I try to give good advice to Lisa or Larsa, they’re stubborn, and then there’s no moving forward. One minute they’re good, another minute they snap at each other … There’s a lot of tension throughout the season between them.”
