Both Lauren and Vito were featured on Real Housewives of New Jersey when her mom Caroline Manzo was a full-time castmate. The family eventually scored a spinoff, Manzo’d with Children, which also aired on Bravo.

Daily Mail obtained court docs showing that a judge approved Lauren and Vito’s divorce. It was finalized in November 2024.

In July 2023, both sides drew up a marital settlement agreement, which was included in the judgment. According to the outlet, Lauren and Vito will share joint legal custody of Marchesa, whose primary residence will be with Lauren. Vito’s place was listed as the “alternate residence.”

As for matters related to Marchesa, the parties agreed to “confer and consult with each other.” They also agreed to have a therapist, especially when it comes to “explain[ing] the divorce to the child.”

Caroline, Lauren’s mother, will reportedly help out with exchanging Marchesa. Caroline and husband Albert’s Franklin Lakes home was designated as the “exchange point for parenting exchanges.”

Both Lauren and Vito agreed to “provid[e] the child with an emotional environment in which she is free to continue to love the other parent and to spend time with the other parent … encourag[e] a good feeling from the child about the other parent and relatives … [refrain] from fighting, arguing or degrading the other parent in the presence of the child [and present] a united front on the handling of any problem in front of the child.”

Additionally, they decided to “behave discreetly with other people in the child’s presence” and to not film Marchesa for television without informing the other parent beforehand.

“Neither party shall allow the child to be on television without the written consent of both parents,” said the document.

Per the agreement, Vito will pay Lauren $1,000 each month for child support. The number was based on the exes’ gross income, as Lauren earns an estimated $80,000 each year and Vito earns $230,000. Lauren runs and owns a hair salon called Fullblown Blow-Out & Beauty Lounge.

Lauren was permitted to keep her interest in the salon and Cafface LLC, a makeup and skincare boutique that apparently is no longer in business. Vito keeps his interest in VPM Realty, VPM Payments, and an Italian restaurant in Monroe, New York, called Scalia and Co. Craft Kitchen.

For spousal support, Vito agreed to pay his ex a “limited duration alimony in the amount of $4,000 per month for a period of 27 months,” starting in August 2023. The duration and amount of this spousal support is “non-modifiable,” with the exception of “either party’s death, or Wife’s re-marriage or cohabitation.”

In 2016, Lauren and Vito bought their marital home for $500,000, per property records. In March of last year, he transferred the deed to Lauren’s name alone. She was to “buy-out” his interest in the home by paying $30,000, as well as rollover an added $25,000 from her assets for retirement.

Both parties estimated that the home is worth $630,000 now, and they listed the mortgage balance as $420,000. If she sells the house, she’s not allowed to “move more than 30 minutes from the former marital home unless it is closer to Husband’s residence, absent Father’s consent [or] until the child is emancipated.”

Lauren also received “all contents” inside the house other than certain personal items belonging to Vito, including his jewelry, ‘Disney Art,’ and an outdoor table and chairs. But she can keep household goods, the rest of the furniture, and additional personal property in the residence.

Each side kept the vehicle they already had in possession.

Back in July of last year, the outlet reported that Vito had been dating a woman named Dominique Valenti for “months.”
