Danielle Cabral showed off a new look—and fans had to do a double take because she looked so different.
In May 2025, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star posted two new photos to Instagram after having her hair done by hair stylist and colorist Kevin Kelly.
In the photos, Cabral posed to showcase her brunette locks, which were enhanced by Kelly’s luxury extensions. “You couldn’t pay me to go back to blonde 🤌,” Cabral captioned the snaps.

During her two seasons on RHONJ, Cabral wore her hair blonde, so the new look was quite a departure.
Fans and friends commented on the mom of two’s new chocolate brown color.
“Loving this color on you!” wrote fellow RHONJ cast member Melissa Gorga.

This is not Cabral’s first hair change since RHONJ went on hiatus, but it’s the biggest change from her original blonde look. In August, she posted photos of her shorter, layered, highlighted hair color that was darker than the blonde shade she boasted during her first two seasons on RHONJ, but considerably lighter than her new shade. “WELCOME TO MY DARK SIDE….🖤” she captioned the pics at the time.

RHONJ is currently on “pause” after a rocky 14th season that ended with multiple cast member feuds. There has been talk of a recasting or full reboot for season 15. Cabral does not know her status on the show as of yet.
In an interview on the “Off the Vine With Kaitlyn Bristowe” podcast, Cabral admitted she had doubts about a return for season 15. “That’s a very loaded question,” the Bouhje Kidz founder said. “I don’t know if I could handle another season with what I went through this year with certain people. But if we can get back to the Jersey that I love, I could do that all day.”
“Catty I could do all day,” Cabral added. “Evil and twisted….I don’t sign up for that, man…That’s way dark.”
Cabral previously joked that she was not a great “Housewife.” Speaking with Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap in July 2024, she admitted, “I’ve said this to production many times, I’m like a terrible Housewife. I could care less about like trying to come and kill these people. Just put the camera up and film my life and film my friendships.”
