"I was like, 'F--- babe, you're gonna have to sort me out. We're gonna go to the bathroom right now. You need to release me,'" she recalled on the Oct. 22 episode of 'The Real Housewives of New York City'

When Rebecca Minkoff was in a sticky breastfeeding situation, her husband Gavin Bellour didn't hesitate to come to her rescue.
On the Oct. 22 episode of The Real Housewives of New York City, the fashion designer, 42, revealed that the director once sucked out her breastmilk in an emergency situation where she couldn't pump.
During a girls trip to Erin Lichy's Hamptons house, Rebecca confessed she felt "dehydrated" despite drinking water to aid her milk production as she was still breastfeeding her fourth child, Leonardo Scout.
"One time, Gavin and I went to a club in Paris, and I felt like that feeling," Rebecca recalled. "And I was like, 'F--- babe, you're gonna have to sort me out. We're gonna go to the bathroom right now. You need to release me.' And he took one for the team."
After the gesture, she added that Gavin "spit" out the contents. Though she welcomed Leonardo a year ago, Rebecca revealed that she had no intentions of slowing down on breast feeding.
While pumping in her shared room with Jessel Taank, the reality star shared that she liked to feed her children breast milk for as long as possible.
"My third was [for] three years," she told Jessel, who appeared shocked. "[He] comes up and goes, 'Mommy, booby!"
After getting married in June 2009, Rebecca and Gavin have gone on to welcome four children: Luca, 12, Bowie, 10, Nico, 5, and Leonardo, 19 months.
The Real Housewives of New York City airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
