Monica Garcia’s rainbow baby has arrived!
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alum gave birth to her fifth child, her first with boyfriend Braxton Knight, she announced via Instagram Thursday.
Garcia shared several clips of herself and Knight with their bundle of joy in the NBICU unit of the hospital.
“Getting pregnant at 40 was never the plan, but just like the last couple years of my life, nothing has gone to plan,” she wrote atop one of the clips, adding, “Dear God & body … thank you. Thank you for holding this baby safely through 9 months and a delivery.”
The Bravo star announced her child’s birth via Instagram on Thursday.
“💫🤍,” she captioned the video.

The duo started dating in 2023.
The former Bravolebrity kept Knight’s identity a secret when she announced on the “Viall Files” podcast in April of the following year that she was pregnant.
She told listeners she was taking birth control at the time.
“I literally went into urgent care for something totally unrelated that I thought was wrong, and the doctor came in and was like, ‘You’re pregnant,'” she recalled.
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alum was previously married to Mike Fowler.
The exes welcomed four daughters before divorcing.
Knight’s identity was a secret when he and Garcia first conceived a baby together in 2024.
However, a “heartbroken” Garcia suffered a miscarriage later that same month and told her followers there was “no heartbeat.”
She noted, “I don’t have many words, and I’m still processing all of this myself. As quickly as this happened, that’s how quickly things have changed.”
By March, the reality star was expecting again.
Garcia suffered a miscarriage that April.
She has since called this loss the “lowest point” of her life.
While sharing her pregnancy news in a People interview, Garcia opened up about the “pain” of her previous miscarriage — and social media “accusations” that she was lying.
“The world chose to spit on me and continue to kick me while I was down,” she said. “I was losing a baby while being shredded apart by some of the most awful comments I’ve ever had said to and about me.”
After surviving the “lowest point” of her life, the Brea Baby founder kept her subsequent pregnancy under wraps to “protect [her] peace” until close to her April due date.

Garcia kept her pregnancy news hidden for months to “protect [her] peace.”
She explained, “I have been so blessed and been silent about all of it.”
Garcia is a mother to four other children with her ex-husband, Mike Fowler, whom she divorced in 2023.
The former couple welcomed daughters Bri, Jaidyn, West and Kendall during their time together.
