Sheila knows by now that Steffy is a huge hurdle when it comes to doing any family bonding with Finn.
Steffy has always hindered Sheila’s attempt to connect with Finn and now she’s doing the same thing to Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).
Nevertheless, Sheila has made a prediction to Luna about the father-daughter relationship she can still have.
It’s clear that Sheila isn’t giving up on Luna forming a real connection with Finn – and Sheila hasn’t surrendered when it comes to having her own connection with Finn either.
Unfortunately, Sheila’s previous tactics haven’t proven successful so far.
What Sheila needs is a new strategy – and one may fall right into her lap thanks to Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) latest medical crisis.
B&B fans know Liam is fighting for his life in the hospital right now, so that’s obviously pulling Steffy closer again.
Steffy was the one who got help for Liam and frantically insisted she couldn’t lose him.
Despite how bleak things look with Liam’s brain bleed and all the flatlining, he could survive in the end.
You can bet Steffy will step up to support Liam in any way she can as he recovers.
Considering Liam’s head injury and how this show usually operates, it won’t be surprising if he awakens believing he’s still Steffy’s husband!
We can certainly imagine Liam waking up stuck in the past and thinking his marriage to Steffy remains intact.
Even if Liam’s memory isn’t affected, this whole ordeal is going to connect him to Steffy on a deeper level.
Steffy has been playing the hero for Liam and may continue to be his main source of support at the hospital.
What happens once Sheila inevitably finds out just how close Liam and Steffy are getting?
The wheels may start turning for Sheila and leave her feeling like this is the perfect plan to destroy Steffy’s marriage to Finn.
Liam’s recovery period could leave him desperately hoping for another chapter with Steffy.
Sheila may do her part to make it happen if she finds ways to play matchmaker and push Steffy even further in Liam’s direction.
