Dianne Buswell has delighted fans by sharing her first reunion with Chris McCausland since their victory on Strictly Come Dancing. The comedian and the professional dancer, who were partnered for the 2024 season of the BBC One dance competition, emerged as the series champions after 13 weeks of performances.
They triumphed over other 2024 finalists, including Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola. They also surpassed Love Island's Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec, in addition to JLS singer JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley, to win the 20th-anniversary series of Strictly.
The victorious duo made history on the popular dance show by securing the Glitterball trophy at the conclusion of the latest series in December, with Chris being Strictly's first-ever blind contestant.
Although their dance journey ended abruptly due to Chris's inability to participate in the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour alongside Dianne earlier this year, they have remained close, launching their own podcast, Winning Isn't Everything, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Dianne recently shared a heartfelt Instagram post, showcasing her and Joe's visit to their pal Chris McCausland's comedy show, bringing fans the long-awaited in-person reunion.
She captioned it: "Joe, me and the glitter ball went on a little road trip to visit the one and only Chris McCausland on tour (yonks)."
She recounted the moment with affection, saying, "It was the first time we had seen each other since the final. We got to see him do his thing on stage not only was his posture 10/10 but it was genuinely the funniest thing I had ever seen. It was sooooo good to see ya partner #winningisnteverything."
