Tasha Ghouri has admitted her nerves as she prepares for a 'first' since her Strictly Come Dancing journey began last year and ended earlier this year.
As fans know, Tasha's original stint on the hit dance show first ended after she made the final with her professional dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec back in December.
During the last live show of the 2024 run of the BBC One dance contest were pipped to lifting the Glitterball trophy by series winners Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell.
The dancing couple then headed out across the country on the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour, which they won after being voted fans' favoruite couple at the most shows, but it is then when reports of Tasha's split from her boyfriend Andrew Le Page emerged.
While neither have openly confirmed their split, Andrew did last month share a selfie from outside the property they shared and told fans how he's "cried more times" than ever this year and would be heading back to his native Guernsey.
The former estate agent said: "End of an era. So guys it's been a pretty c**p start to the year and one I didn't expect. However, life goes on and I'm doing everything in my power to stay positive. All the support has meant the world. I've cried more times this year then I have my whole life.
"@lepageproperties is on hold for now but I will be looking for a new project soon so keep your eyes peeled. Luna girl I'll be getting you a new garden to play in 1 promise." He added: "Back to Guernsey I go... I'll be back."
Now, Tasha is looked ahead to what's next and revealed she's heading on her first break in months. Taking to her Instagram Story, the former Love Island star shared a picture of her open case which she was packing ready for what may be a sun-soaked escape.
Alongside the post, she wrote: "First break after 6 months! And first solo trip, feeling nervous by excited," before adding a sun emoji and a white heart icon.
During her time on the road with Strictly, Tasha ignored reports of her split from boyfriend Andrew, who she met on Love Island, but she has now spoken out on her Snapchat in a new video captioned with simply a heart emoji.
Walking the dog she and Andrew share together, Luna, Tasha told fans: "Hi everyone. Just on a walk. I know a lot of you are asking me a lot of questions and want to know what has been going on. I won’t be speaking on the situation – it’s a private side of my life which I’m still dealing with internally and mentally.
"It’s private for me and as much as I do want to share it with you all, one day I will, but I’m still processing everything that has happened and going on." She added: "I hope you can all understand on why I’ve not spoken out on the situation."
