TEEN Mom alum Javi Marroquin and his wife, Lauren Comeau, have dropped $570,000 on a Virginia Beach townhouse as they prepare to move from Delaware.
Javi, 32, and his wife Lauren, 33, are moving from Delaware with their children Eli, 6, and Maizee, 1, as his son Lincoln, 11, who he shares with ex-wife Kailyn Lowry, will visit during the summer.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the Marroquin family will be moving into a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Virginia Beach.
According to property records, Javi and Lauren dropped $570,000 on the 1,983 square-foot home on May 15, 2025.
The townhome features a fully-tiled first floor with a large bedroom that has access to a full bathroom and private patio, according to the real estate listing.
The upstairs boasts a fireplace, half bathroom, and new flooring with updates to the kitchen and dining room.
There is a large deck as well.
As for the third floor, there are two bedrooms with one having access to a private sun deck.
The location of the condo is a major selling point, as it is just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and the beach, which the family will have access to.
Both Javi and Lauren's names are both listed on the deed.

Javi announced the family is moving from Dover, Delaware on a podcast episode in March.

Javi appeared on his ex-wife's podcast Barely Famous to discuss the emotional move, as he shares 50/50 custody of Lincoln with Kailyn.
Javi, who is a recruiter in the United States Air Force Reserve, revealed on the podcast that he had been transferred to Virginia.
They revealed Lincoln will continue to live with Kailyn during the school year and will spend the summer with Javi.
The parents will revisit the conversation in a year and allow Lincoln to decide where he wants to reside full time.
NEW HOME
Javi revealed on May 9 that the family had closed on the house.
He captioned a photo of the family with their realtor, "Officially bought a home in Virginia Beach all thanks to @perrinduvallrealestate a lot of new beginnings are going to take place over the next few years. @lauren3elizabeth."
The couple plans to list their Dover, Delaware home for rent.
The family spent the weekend of May 14 exploring Virginia Beach ahead of the official move.
"New home… still not officially moved in, but had some fun this weekend with the boys exploring…" he captioned a series of photos.
"I am going to make a bucket list of things I want to see/eat so send your recommendations again.
"Also, you VB residents have been so kind DM’ing me inviting our family to your establishments to try out. So truly, thank you!"
In one photo, the family was seen playing cornhole by the beach.
In another snap, Lincoln had his little brother on his back as they walked through the beach town.
NEW BEGINNING
The move comes after Javi and Lauren married on April 24, 2025.
The two have had a rocky relationship through the years.
Javi and Lauren first started dating in 2017.
They split and he moved on with Teen Mom 2 star Briana DeJesus.
After a months-long relationship, they called it quits and he reconciled with Lauren in March 2018.
They announced their pregnancy shortly after and welcomed their son Eli in November 2019.
Javi, who was engaged to Lauren, was then caught cheating on her in their Delaware home in August 2019.
After a weeks-long split, the couple reconciled.
They broke up again in 2020 after he was involved in a cheating scandal with his ex-wife Kailyn, which aired on Teen Mom 2.
Javi and Lauren reconciled again in the fall of 2022 and welcomed their daughter in May 2024.
