The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 5 to May 16, reveal that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will face a harsh reality while Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) fury erupts. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will also fear the worst, so there’ll be some exciting things happening all over Genoa City.
During the week of May 5-9, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will promise that payback is coming for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), so that’ll leave Sally worried about how Billy’s ex might retaliate.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will deal with some worries of his own when it comes to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and the dangerous deal she made with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Since Audra still doesn’t have the financial backing she needs, Nate will suspect Victor is stringing her along and that her cosmetics company won’t really pan out.
Of course, Audra will continue to make positive predictions about this arrangement and keep secrets about the romantic sabotage she was hired to carry out.
If Audra wants to secure that funding, she’ll need to prove she’s actually working toward taking Kyle down.
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll give Claire a little tough love.
Nikki understands Claire’s desire to earn Victor’s blessing when it comes to her relationship, but she may think it’s wishful thinking at this point.
After Nikki pushes Claire to see the harsh reality of her situation, Claire may wonder if she should give up on trying to earn Victor’s approval.
It might be better to just work toward keeping Kyle and Victor away from each other!
Victor will strike back at Kyle – potentially after he hears news on Kyle’s desire to purchase Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) old condo and live in it with Claire.
Whatever the case, Kyle will blow his top after Victor makes a move against him. It’ll lead to Kyle going on a tirade as he updates Jack on what Victor’s done now.
Once Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) works to set up a meeting between Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Aristotle Dumas, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) will sound the alarm.
Perhaps Holden will fear that Damian’s going to provoke the boss and get them both fired.
Other Y&R spoilers say Victor will push Billy’s buttons and put Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) loyalty to the test at Newman Media, so he’ll have plenty of shady activities going on.
Chelsea will suddenly have doubts about her new job working with Adam, but they’ll try to stay the course despite some initial bumps in the road.
After Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) test results are revealed, that could bring some difficult moments for his family during the week of May 12-16.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be an emotional wreck if Cole is facing something terminal.
As for Claire, will Victoria and Cole tell her the truth right away or perhaps downplay Cole’s issues as long as they can?
Regardless, there’s a good chance Cole’s illness is quite serious, so we’ll see if the show’s marching him toward a grim fate.
Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) secret could also be poised to blow as Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) becomes more and more suspicious of what she’s hiding.
Since Mariah is filled to the brim with guilt right now, it may not take much to make her explode.
Will Mariah eventually blurt out whatever awful transgression she committed?
Did Mariah sleep with someone else while she was drunk or do something else that’d be considered a betrayal instead?
Whatever the case, Mariah may end up confessing what really happened on her business trip and send Tessa running to Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) for comfort as well as advice.
Finally, Lily’s attempt to meet Aristotle may not go according to plan. Will Aristotle be a no-show or perhaps send somebody else in his place?
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the man behind this Aristotle Dumas persona still has a few tricks up his sleeve, so stay tuned.
