The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 11-15 reveal Adam’s feelings whenever he hears Chelsea stick up for Billy. Meanwhile, Claire continues to take matters into her hands. And Lily delivers bad news to Holden.
For a minute, we thought, while the bulk of the Newmans were away at that bizarre Dumas get-together/murder mystery tour, Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea’s professional beliefs gelled back in Genoa City. They were on the same page. But, no, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) still needed to make it clear that she wanted Adam to lay off the anti-Billy war Victor (Eric Braeden) wants his son to wage.
Next week, it looks like the head of Newman Media has had it. According to teasers, Adam loses patience with Chelsea’s loyalty to Billy (Jason Thompson). And why shouldn’t he lose patience? It’s understandable why she would want Adam to take it easy on Billy, but with Victor as Adam’s father, that wish can only go so far. What about her loyalty to Adam?
How will Chelsea react to this development? Will she regret her choice to work with Adam? Speaking of Billy, it won’t be Victor or Adam that he’ll have to deal with next week. Instead, he’ll have to face Nick (Joshua Morrow), who loses his cool with Billy. Maybe Nick has a problem with Billy’s potential alliance with Cane (Billy Flynn).
As for Victor, he can’t quit mixing it up with his enemies. He loves to play puppetmaster, and it’s always all about his way or the highway. Look for Victor to retaliate against Cane. Is this a temporary blow, or will Cane go down for the count?

Continuing with the Newman news, Claire (Hayley Erin) takes matters into her own hands. We know that this good girl, squeaky clean image that Claire has been projecting, could go away in a split second. And it has been fading ever since Victor used Cole’s (J. Eddie Peck) memory to prove a point. And there was also the matter of his team-up with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) to break up her and Kyle (Michael Mealor).
So what does taking matters into her own hands involve? More importantly, who does it involve? We could totally see her going after Audra, who loves needling Kyle about what went down in Nice. Does Audra need to worry? Does Victor?
Meanwhile, if Lily (Christel Khalil) is delivering bad news to Holden (Nathan Owens), is Holden the last person to find out that Damian (Jermaine Rivers) is dead? They were besties and colleagues before they had a falling out. How will Holden take the news?

Nate (Sea Dominic) has been busy mourning the half-brother he only recently got to know. So he probably isn’t up to speed on Audra losing Vibrante and the reason why she lost her company. And if she has her away, it’ll stay that way. Audra tries to cover her tracks with Nate.
In the world of Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), Sharon (Sharon Case) is worried about Mariah. She’s isolated herself, and while she visits her daughter, she’s just not acting like the Mariah everyone knows. It has frustrated Tessa, and now it’s worrying Sharon. Sharon isn’t someone who will simply stand by and let her family suffer.

Meanwhile, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) makes a confession to Danny (Michael Damian). If you have seen the video preview for next week’s episodes, it has a lot to do with Tessa, which is a direct result of spending so much time together.
