The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of July 14-18 reveals that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will spill to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) while Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) plays defense. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also face a family betrayal, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
In Nice, Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) will become a fatal victim after drinking some drugged alcohol and getting a surprise stab wound.
Cane will reel as Damian falls into his arms – and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will get caught up in all this when she witnesses Cane clutching Damian in the aftermath.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get tangled in some murder mayhem as well since he’ll make a big discovery later.
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will eventually make a bold move to help Nick, who may worry Phyllis is getting in over her head for Cane’s sake.
The news of Damian’s demise will rock all the partygoers, especially Lily since she just started dating him.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will ask plenty of questions as he works to uncover the whole truth about who was behind Damian’s fatal injuries.
Devon Winters (Bryton James) may ultimately point the finger at Cane himself and doubt the story he tells.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) has been a pretty staunch defender of Cane, so she may argue that Cane wouldn’t go this far or make a move this sloppy.
As for Lily, she’ll share some information that could do some damage.
Lily may admit that shortly before Damian was killed, Cane found out she’d moved on and was a couple with Damian.
Although Lily may wind up torn over whether to believe Cane or not – at least at first – she’ll feel the need to spill all the facts to Chance.
Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will force Billy to learn a difficult lesson, so he could pull his Abbott Communications funding and maybe even make a play to steal the company from his brother.
Elsewhere, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will go too far, so they may officially cross over into sizzling territory together.
This could lead to Audra and Kyle deciding to bury their blunder, especially once they get updates on Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) and Damian’s fatal outcomes.
Kyle won’t want to hurt Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) any more than she’s already hurting – and Audra may feel the same way about Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
