General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of July 14, 2025! Fans can expect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to be heartbroken.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is forced to face the consequences of her actions. Elsewhere, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) has a confession to make. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Natalia Ramirez’s Memorial Service

Let’s start off with Natalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) memorial service. Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) will definitely be there. It is assumed that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will be in attendance as well.

Natalia and Sidwell hated each other, but the villain needs to keep up appearances while he continues setting up Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was forced to run a scandalous headline questioning if Sonny killed Natalia. So, that could make the memorial service even more chaotic as Sonny likely will want to say his final goodbye.

Carly Spencer Heartbroken

Over with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), he will update Sonny and Carly about Daisy Gilmore Corinthos (Levi Clark Coughlin).

As Michael explains what’s going on with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), Carly confronts her ex-husband. Carly will ask if Daisy is in danger because of him. Later, Carly ends up heartbroken and Sonny is asked to make a sacrifice.

Back to Sasha, she plans on saying goodbye to Nina before leaving town. However, by the end of the week, Nina has to face the consequences of her scheme.

Counseling Willow Tait

General Hospital spoilers for next week reveal that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) reconnects with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Fans know that a while back, Isaiah tried to share some words of wisdom with Willow.

So, they will talk about her troubles once again. This time, Willow tells the good doctor that Michael drove her to all of it!

Fans will also see Marco rant about Sonny to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). However, Alexis will rush to stand up for the mob boss.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has a heart-to-heart with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Later, Anna has some serious questions for Carly to answer.

Emma makes some kind of admission. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) completely freaks out. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) confides in Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Will Josslyn agree with Trina or encourage her BFF to give Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) another chance?

Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) gets stonewalled by Curtis regarding Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
