Vanderpump Rules Alum Lala Kent Planning To Get Pregnant Again Within a Year

Former Vanderpump Rules alum Lala Kent has embraced motherhood. She welcomed her first child, daughter Ocean Kent, with her former fiancé, Randall Emmett. However, their bitter custody battle led Lala to explore another way to expand her family.

So, Lala used a sperm donor and chose to use Intrauterine Insemination. She became pregnant and welcomed her second daughter, Sosa, in September 2024. Now Lala is opening up about plans to further expand her family, with the help of her support system of family and friends.

Lala Kent wants a third baby within the next 12 months

Kudos to Lala for being so open and honest about her journey. She even allowed her Pump Rules co-stars to help select her sperm donor for Sosa. “I feel like we sunk right into this new dynamic,” Lala told Parents. “It is so fulfilling and it’s difficult, but we’re a well-oiled machine. And I just don’t think I’m done.” She added, “I think I need one more. I am loving it so much that I’m not ready for the stages to be over as they pass.”

Lala would like to become pregnant within the next year, so that Sosa will be in her “2s” in time to welcome the new baby. “I think that’s a good age gap. I didn’t love that Ocean and Sosa are three and a half years apart,” Lala explained. “I like sticking to the two-and-a-half range. But you know what? The universe has a plan for me, and we just roll with it.” Of course, Ocean has “five more babies” on her wishlist. It doesn’t sound like Lala is on the same page.

Some VPR alums are still part of Lala’s circle. She is tight with Scheana Shay, and the duo made guest appearances on The Valley. She is also friends with Brittany Cartwright and has reconnected with Kristen Doute. Kristen just had a baby, so the two moms have put aside their grievances.
