And will Kyle sink like a stone?
Audra and Victor made a deal, which she helpfully recalled verbatim on the May 20 episode of The Young and the Restless for those who missed it the first time…or have a bad short-term memory. Every time she does something to push Kyle away from Claire, Victor gives Audra money for her new cosmetics company. Kyle assured Claire he had Audra right where he wanted her. Audra feels the same way about Kyle. If we had to bet on which schemer will come out of top…it’s Audra by a mile.
Big Boy Energy
Kyle (Michael Mealor) told Claire (Hayley Erin) he intends to trick Audra (Zuleyka Silver) into…something. We’re fuzzy on what he thinks he’s doing and who he’s doing it for. But after Audra sent Kyle a text, he smugly assured his girlfriend he had Audra right where he wanted her.
Of course, Audra sent more or less the same message to Victor (Eric Braeden). But while Kyle’s plan is…vague, to put it kindly, Audra knows exactly what she needs to do and how she intends to do it.
The Last Seduction
Seducing Kyle is the definition of easy-peasy. Has he ever been able to say no to a woman? Any woman? Not that we can recall. And if Audra leads Kyle to think that seducing her was his idea, it’ll be even easier.
Afterwards, Kyle will assure Audra that if she tries to call him out on it…well, who will people believe, a conniving schemer like her, or a fine upstanding citizen, a member of a prominent Genoa City family, no less?
Proof Positive
Well, how about a paternity test? If Audra turns up pregnant, Kyle won’t be able to deny their assignation. And Claire won’t stand for it. Which will break them up. Just like Victor wanted.
Audra will get the payout Victor promised her, and 18 years of child support, to boot. But, yeah, sure, Kyle: You’ve got Audra right where you want her, alright.
