The Atlanta Falcons face are on the road for a tough matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 14
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons will attempt to end their three-game skid against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday in Minneapolis. All eyes will be on Kirk Cousins in his return to city where he spent six seasons, and he'll look to shake off a four-interception performance against the Chargers and get the offense back on track.
Although head coach Raheem Morris has received questions about Cousins' status as the team's starter, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to the 13-year veteran. To that point, no changes at the position are reflected on Atlanta's Week 14 depth chart.
"He's really accountable. And when things go wrong and he feels like it's something that he should have done better, he'll be the first one to tell you," Morris said of Cousins. "And I think for him, it's a good thing for him because it gets it out. It's a way for him to sit there and tell you what he did wrong and things that he can do right and think better. And he usually bounces back at all times and able to come back and do things the right way and do it how he wants to do it. So I really feel fired up and I love the challenge to be able to get him to bounce back because that's just something that we're going to do. He's been carrying this all year."
