Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden and her BBC co-star Alan Carr set the record straight, following many questions from viewers about their friendship

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden was left stunned to learn that fans had questioned her friendship with Alan Carr.
Amanda and Alan front the BBC property show Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job, in which they bring some much-needed TLC to run down properties. The pair have also previously fronted a version of it in Italy, which included them renovating a dilapidated 17th-century house, bought for one euro, in the idyllic region of northern Tuscany.
Reflecting on the fun they have had during filming together, the presenter said it was "the best thing ever" and expressed hopes of doing it all again.
In response, Alan, 48, enthusiastically said he'd be up for it, and went on to address the two questions he's often asked by fans.
He shared: "I know people always say, A) 'Do you do the work on the houses?' I'm sick of that!".
Chiming in, Amanda said: "Yes we do do the work," to which he echoed.
Speaking on Alan's Life's a Beach podcast, the 54-year-old went on to say the renovation projects were often "so knackering".
Revealing the next question he's often asked, the comedian added: "And then people go, 'Do you really get on with Amanda?'."
Stunned that such a question was often asked, she shrieked: "What? Do they?".
Alan joked that he also often saw comments about his co-star's humorous laugh and was asked how he "put up" with it.
"This is an outrage!", Amanda jokingly screamed.

"No, no, no, but of course we can't do that job if we didn't like each other, it would be hell," he shared.
Amanda went on to say: "There's not a single other person that I could do it with," to which he replied: "No I couldn't, it would have to be you."
While the pair are clearly good friends, viewers have seen them have a few light-hearted bickers along the way, due to their differing renovation ideas.
Discussing a dispute they had over a bedroom, Alan said on The One Show: "We did argue about the big bedroom because her taste is quite tacky.
"I get so many letters from people, I can't reply to all of them. They say, 'What is she thinking, it's disgusting, it's like the 80s have vomited!'"
Stunned by his admission, she exclaimed: "It's not tacky! This is outrageous!".
Turning back to her co-star on the sofa, she laughed: "He wanted a bidet!"
So far, the co-stars have fronted three series of the popular show and recently announced that they will be back for a fourth.
This time, the pair will be embracing island life in sunny Corfu, though it'll be far from relaxing with new challenges ahead.
Catherine Catton, Head of Commissioning, Factual Entertainment and Live Events, said: "We're delighted to have Amanda and Alan returning for a fourth series, bringing their signature style of fun, sun and friendship to audiences right across the UK.
"With a new location, a completely new property to transform and some of the world's most beautiful scenery on their doorstep, we can't wait to see what magic they create together."
