Dancing With the Stars Cast 2025 & Season 34 Contestant Spoilers

The dancefloor is open again! Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars is just around the corner, and the cast members are trickling in one by one.

The ABC show was renewed for the 34th season and simultaneously announced its first contestant on the show: Robert Irwin. Fan favorite judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough are expected to be whipping out numbers again at the judges’ panel. Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro will also return to host. We can also expect alums Sasha Farber, Pasha Pashkov, Daniella Karagach, Jenna Johnson, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Emma Slater, Britt Stewart and Alan Berstenbe to be the professional dancers this season.

There’s been buzz on who’s going to put on their dancing shoes and hit the ballroom floor, and even Derek Hough is pushing fans’ buttons by teasing several celebs who could compete.

Robert Irwin

Status: Confirmed

Robert Irwin was announced as a Dancing With the Stars contestant in April 2024. His sister Bindi won the Mirrorball Trophy in 2015.

Alix Earle

Status: Confirmed

Alix Earle was the second contestant to be announced to star on Dancing with the Stars. The podcaster/influencer expressed her excitement, saying that she’s going to vlog the whole experience. “So I’m excited to get back in there and start training,” Earle said.

Jennifer Affleck

Status: Confirmed

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jennifer Affleck was announced as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars during the Hulu show’s reunion. “Because you women are so adored,” Nick Viall, who hosted the reunion, said, “they are gonna be sending two of you to Dancing With the Stars.”

Jen told her co-star Whitney during the announcement, “I hope you know you’re going down! Just kidding. Bring it on.”

Whitney Leavitt

Status: Confirmed

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt was announced alongside Jennifer Affleck during the Mormon Wives reunion.

Taylor Lautner

Status: Rumored

DWTS judge Derek Hough has been teasing the possibility of Taylor Lautner joining Dancing with the Stars season 34. “I’m bored,” Hough wrote in an overlay on TikTok. “Cast someone I’d have no choice but to go from judge back to pro again for. Make it realistic but also go big. Don’t hold back. DWTS casting team is listening.”

One curious commenter wrote, Taylor Lautner himself or his wife Tay.” To which the dancer replied, “This might actually happen.”

The pro-dancer also vouched for him in an interview with Parade. “He would be great,” he said. “He would be fantastic. Competitive, athletic.”

Dylan Efron

Status: Rumored

Dylan Efron might have won The Traitors, but could he win the Mirrorball Trophy? Derek Hough eerily congratulated the reality star on his post when he won the Peacock show with the comment, “See you on the Dancefloor?” The comment cause lots of speculation on whether Dancing with the Stars is his next move.

Grant Ellis

Status: Rumored

Grant Ellis will never say no to Dancing with the Stars. The Bachelor star told TV Insider that he’s game for an appearance on the show after former Bachelor Joey Graziadei and Bachelorette Jenn Tran starred in the show.“If it’s something that’s offered to me, then it’s something I’ll do,” he told the outlet. “If it’s not, I’m not going to be offended. But I would like to, you know?”

Cynthia Bailey

Status: Rumored

Val Chmerkovskiy recently dished that his Got to Get Out co-star has what it takes to be on the dancefloor. “I think Cynthia would do well on Dancing With the Stars,” he told TV Insider.

Spencer Pratt

Status: Rumored

When Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s house was burned down during the California wildfires of 2025, the two wanted to make a docuseries about their experience. Derek Hough commented on one of Pratt’s TikToks, “Not sure if you’re into it , but I think you both would be great on DWTS’s next season. Just sayin 🙏.” Will it come into fruition? Time will tell.

Rob Mariano

Status: Rumored

Rob Mariano, or better known as Boston Rob, of Survivor and The Traitors fame said he “cannot confirm or deny anything,” in regards to any speculation of him being on Dancing with the Stars.

Kelsey Anderson

Bachelor alums seem to have their eyes set on the Mirrorball Trophy. After her fiancé, Joey Graziadei, won, Kelsey put her name in the hat. “I feel like that’s an opportunity that’s so amazing,” she gushed to Page Six. “I think I couldn’t say ‘no’ to it. I think it’s amazing.”
