Lala Kent has had no trouble keeping busy.
As she prepares to welcome baby No. 2, the Vanderpump Rules mom took to Instagram last week to share a quick update on her very busy pregnancy journey. Lala posted a series of photos and videos documenting her second-to-third trimester transition, which included a visit to Palm Springs, at-home exercise routines, a Las Vegas getaway, and a trip to the “happiest place on Earth.”
The post began with Lala showing off her growing baby bump beside her 3-year-old daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett.

“Little moments,” she captioned the June 8 carousel. “We went to Palm Springs for Mama’s Day, I’ve continued working out super hard with these bands from Amazon, brought my bump out (again) for Lovers & Friends in Vegas which was cancelled last minute, saw the best documentary called Movie Pass Movie Crash, celebrated [Jared Lipscomb] being Visionary of the Year, took [Ocean] to Disney[land], & finally got compression socks bc I have mad water retention this pregnancy.”
Another slide showed Ocean hanging out with Lala’s mom, Lisa Burningham, while others captured the expectant mother exercising poolside, posing at an awards ceremony, and enjoying a boat ride at Disneyland.
Lala Kent opens up about her fertility journey
Lala announced her second pregnancy in early March, confirming she had taken the sperm donor route. The former SUR host shed more light on the intrauterine insemination (IUI) process in Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 12, in which she hosted a “Who’s Your Daddy” theme party at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa home. Attendees included Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, and Ally Lewber, who helped Lala select a donor from a booklet.
“I am just a couple hours away from choosing my baby daddy,” Lala said in the episode. “I have so many people who are supportive of me, who love my daughter a lot, and I know who are going to just love on this new baby.”
She continued: “This is not how I pictured my life. I’m just beyond grateful that this is an option. If there’s one thing that I feel like I’m good at in my life, [it’s] that I’m a good mama. So, this is very fun, but, obviously, we’re picking my baby daddy.”
Lala's bundle of joy is expected to arrive on September 1, a day before her birthday.
