Erika Jayne recently took fans inside her workout routine as she reshared a series of videos posted by her trainer, Keith Hodges, on her Instagram Story.
Amid production on the upcoming 14th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika, 52, showed off her impressive weight loss in a two-piece blue fitness outfit and a pair of white tennis shoes with Keith, who she was romantically linked to just months ago.
In one video shared to Keith’s Story, and reshared on Erika’s, the singer and performer stood holding a bar with 50 pounds of weight stacked on its sides.
In another clip, Erika held a plank pose.
Erika was also seen doing arm workouts on a bench.
Since early 2023, Erika has been catching the attention of fans with her weight loss journey. In fact, in January of that year, she was labeled “unrecognizable” and accused of morphing into castmate Dorit Kemsley, 47, after sharing a photo of herself at Paris Fashion Week.
Months later, Erika was described by fans as “gaunt” as Ozempic rumors began swirling.
As RHOBH fans may recall, the Daily Mail reported news of a potential romance between Erika and Keith back in March after the trainer and owner of Mind in Muscle Coaching was seen at her Los Angeles rental on a number of occasion
While the rumors quickly fizzled, Erika had previously confirmed to Teddi Mellencamp, 42, on her shared podcast with Tamra Judge, 56, that she was “seeing someone.” And although she wouldn’t reveal much about her mystery man at the time, she did say he had “black hair and brown skin.”
As for whether he’d appear alongside her on RHOBH, Erika said, “Absolutely not.”
“No. Come on, guys, I deserve a moment of peace,” she added.
