It’s part two of The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion. According to the ladies, a lot still needs to be said to Jenn regarding her fiancé Ryan, but it doesn’t seem like she is heeding their warnings. Katie (and her daughter) is in the hot seat as Heather wonders what she ever did to Katie to deserve the treatment she has received. And when Jesus Jugs makes her way on set, Shannon prepares to fight back.
To the ladies, it seems like Jenn is living in denial. Emily just wants Jenn to own the fact that Ryan made some bad choices, but Jenn refuses. It is interesting that Katie’s husband hid from Ryan and his friends when they were all together at the party, so as not to be associated with them and their slimy ways. They all worry that Jenn will end up in a sticky situation, a spot she does not want to be in.
We learn that Ryan served Tamra with a cease and desist letter after her appearance on WWHL. Later, Tamra retracted the statements, and she claims she “misspoke,” which translates to, oh dang, Tammy Sue is scared of being sued. Tamra blames it all on retaliation for Ryan calling their marriage a sham and Eddie gay.
Tamra would have preferred Ryan come after her if he was mad. She blames her heavy drinking for her loose lips regarding rumors about Ryan, and Jenn makes it known that she heard Eddie was so mad at Tamra afterward that he slept in the casita.
Jenn was tired of Tamra stabbing her in the back and chose to believe Shannon’s apology in the gossip since Shannon owns her part. It seems like Tamra feels “vindicated” about Ryan’s background, but where does it stop with Tamra? Does Tamra even really have friends, or is everyone just scared of her?
Take Heather, for instance. Jenn points out that Heather called Tamra a “historical friend,” but Heather denies this. Jenn is trying to show Tamra that she goes too low… lower than most. Andy reminds Tamra that she shouldn’t be defensive when the ladies point out her venomous ways. Tamra is finally starting therapy, a long overdue concept for her.
Reviewing the London trip has the ladies (finally) in all smiles, especially when it comes to Shannon’s enema and Travis’ balls. But when the subject changes to the “amateur accountants” in the group, the tone changes. Emily discusses her anger over Jenn’s finances, and Jenn understands now how car payments and rent work.
Since the blow-up at the start of the season, Gina thinks that she knows Jenn more. Looking back on the rental situation, Jenn doesn’t feel like she played it wrong. It all happened so fast, and Jenn did not mean to ruin Gina’s reputation by skipping the payments. But the ladies are still steadfast in trying to figure out Jenn’s budgeting, or lack thereof, considering she was wearing a $2,000 dress — a price Heather pointed out for all to know.
Jenn explains that Ryan bought the dress for her, and Heather states that when Jenn called her to help with finances, it seemed like all the advice went out the window. Katie wonders out loud why Heather felt the need to check the price of the dress while out shopping and refers to this as mean girl behavior. According to Heather, it’s just “gossipy.” Ah, I understand now. Not…
Jenn goes on to say that her ex is not making the payments regularly, and she has not seen any of the $200,000 that she is owed. What’s strange is that her ex is an attorney, yet he is not following the divorce decree. He will not communicate with Jenn, and he claims that Jenn defamed him by talking about his lack of payments; however, Jenn remains very respectful when discussing her ex and these issues.
Things between Gina and Travis are good, and although they still live apart, they see each other every day. Gina talks about how Travis’ ex scares her children, and that if they do not live together, she cannot say crazy things happen in their house. Gina was guarded and cautious, trying to be respectful of Travis and the kids, and she wants to try to figure out how to live with the situation.
When they cut for lunch, Jesus Jugs enters her trailer to get glammed. In the meantime, Heather lets Shannon know that she has handled herself well, and Katie wonders if she put Jenn in a weird spot when she called Heather out for the dress situation. Jenn understands that when Heather took the price to Tamra, Heather knew exactly what she was doing. Speaking of Tamra, of course she confers with Alexis. She warns Alexis not to be John’s voice, but Alexis claims that the truth has not been shown yet.
Back on set, Emily explains that it was out of character for Heather to say the size 12 dress was tight on her, but it also really bothered Emily. Heather claims she was finally fed up with all the mean shots Emily made against her this season (cue the montage), and so she lashed out. For that, she apologizes.
LOL @ Katie’s daughter ghosting Tamra’s daughter. Speaking of Katie’s daughter, babysitting-gate is highlighted. Heather demands to know what she ever did to Katie, and Katie explains that after the golf outing, she came home crying. Her son saw this, and the rest is history. Emily feels like by shutting down the “Heather’s mean” comments, she did the right thing, but when Katie brought it back up to Tamra, it was hurtful, as it could have seriously affected her relationship with Heather.
Heather points out that Katie’s daughter makes TikToks about all the “fake a*s women” her mom works with, and Katie states that she doesn’t control her daughter’s social media. Jenn explains that Katie was on the “fence” about having her daughter take it down, and tbh, it seems like Katie, the “five-minute girl,” is really doing the most.
When Alexis enters the set, Shannon looks revolted. Alexis chats about her upcoming wedding date and goes on to talk about loving God and being spiritual. Regarding her children and their sexuality, Alexis states that she understands the judgment that goes along with it all. Heather and Alexis have bonded over their children, and Heather calls her an “incredible sounding board.”
Alexis is thankful for this chance to come back to the show, but the minute THE lawsuit gets brought up, it’s game on. Shannon is still waiting to hear John’s response, as she has agreed to pay $70,000. However, John would not sign a mutual non-disparagement agreement, so there’s that.
Alexis claims she brought up the videos in a weak moment, but it is not extortion. She goes on to say that Shannon has a “strange relationship with the truth,” which is exactly what John said about Shannon. Shannon asks how many times Alexis practiced, “There’s the door, Shannon Beador,” when there was, in actuality, no door, and I am cracking up that production went ahead and showed the footage of Alexis literally practicing the line.
Shannon points out that Alexis lied to her about starting the lawsuit with John Bellino. Andy reminds Alexis that she said “we” are suing you, but Alexis makes it clear that her name is not on any part of that lawsuit.
Love that Andy tried to give Shannon legal advice about the Bellino lawsuit as Alexis blabbed on and on, and when he found out Shannon won, his smile lit up the room. Shannon reminds Alexis that Tamra knows the story, and even Tamra admits that Shannon clearly did not defame anyone because she won.
Alexis calls Shannon a “liar face” (again), but she chooses to say she “didn’t know” what unfolded with that case. Shannon feels like Alexis is delusional and wonders if her time is up on the couch, as she is simply a friend of. LOL. Shannon reminds Alexis that she took her job 10 years ago and that she is still sitting on the couch. To that, Alexis retorts she has been on TV for 15 years (where), which CLEARLY makes Alexis a “TV star.” Alexis, I think your time is up…
