I guess that transfer to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills just never panned out for Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow. So now she and Dr. Terry Dubrow have put their 9000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion – the one they just bought two years ago – up for sale.
Actually, the couple decided it was just too much house for them at this stage of their lives. With only one child still at home, who needs five bedrooms and nine bathrooms?
The home’s biggest selling point is its location, offering spectacular views of the Los Angeles skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, the house has a grand foyer with two staircases, a huge terrace, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. There’s also an outdoor lounge area, including a long table for hosting al fresco dinner parties.
Heather and Terry Dubrow want $25 million for their Beverly Hills mansion
Once again, the Dubrows are working with their favorite agent, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Altman. He was their agent when they bought the home in 2023 for $16.1 million. At their listing price of $25 million, Terry and Heather are hoping to make a tidy profit.
Originally built in 1946, Josh believes the property is a great investment. The owners can either customize the home to suit their own taste or just tear it down and start over. The 8.2-acre property previously belonged to filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis, grandfather of renowned chef, author, and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis.
“I don’t know anywhere else you can get 8 prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills completely unobstructed anywhere near this price point,” the agent told TMZ.
Terry and Heather are selling because it’s just too big for their current needs. They’ve decided to embrace apartment living. In 2022, Heather and Terry paid $14.1 million for a Century City penthouse. At the time, Heather called it their “pied-à-terre” in LA, a convenient place to stay when they were in town.
The RHOC star told us this was her plan when they bought the home in 2023. “What we’ll probably do,” she she said at the time, “is to move into that place until Ace [the Dubrow’s youngest] graduates high school. And then, I think, Terry and I will move back into our penthouse, ’cause … I love that place.”
