In pics obtained by the Daily Mail on June 2, Teddi, who was diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year, was seen with her boyfriend’s arms wrapped around her as he adjusted her blue baseball cap.

The unidentified man, who wore a hat of his own, was also seen kissing Teddi’s cheek.

“[Teddi] is dating him [and is] happy,” a source confirmed.

As RHOBH fans will recall, Teddi and Edwin split in November of last year after 13 years of marriage and three kids, including son Cruz, 10, and daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 5.

In a March interview with Us Weekly, Teddi opened up about dating, saying that she was active on the Hinge app since she was “still on the waitlist” for Raya.

“There’s only been two guys I’ve actually gone on dates with. The first one asked me if I wanted to have more kids, and I was like, ‘I’m in the hospital. This isn’t really the right time, bud. I have a head wrap on. I just learned my own birth date,’ but the other guy is super nice, super sweet, kind — exactly what I need right now,” she teased.

As for her health battle, Teddi offered an update on her podcast, Two Ts in a Pod, last month.

“I have an update [and] exciting news,” Teddi shared. “So last time they had checked solely my brain, and those tumors were shrinking, and then today, I had the scan where they checked my lungs, and they are shrinking. And one of them has shrunk so much, you can barely even see it. So, it’s really, really good news, I’m definitely so relieved … What they said was, ‘This is good news.’ It means my body is responding to everything.”
