The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 20, reveals that Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will face his medical outcome while Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) makes a risky move and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) past haunts.
Cole has been isolating himself at the GCAC out of fear that he might be contagious, but Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is hoping for good news from his doctor. The results aren’t in yet, but that’ll change soon enough.
If Cole finds out what he’s up against in Tuesday’s show, that could influence his future with Victoria.
There’s a chance that Cole’s illness is terminal – and if that’s the case, then time is running out!
Y&R spoilers say Victoria will make an important choice when it comes to her romance with Cole.
Could Cole and Victoria decide to tie the knot and spend whatever’s left of their final chapter as a married couple?
Regardless, Claire could be left in the dark for a bit if Cole is seriously ill.
It’s easy to imagine Cole pushing for secrecy as long as he can, so stay tuned for updates on his medical outcome and what he’ll do next.
Over with Claire, she’ll have a proposition for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to consider.
Since Claire thinks a party will help her shift Victor’s perspective on Kyle, she may work to sell him on the idea and connect the shindig to Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) birthday.
Victor may have concerns about Kyle being Claire’s plus one, but she’ll be determined to make him part of this special occasion and show Victor he’s wrong about their love.
It’ll be a risky move since Victoria fears Claire could make things even worse.
Meanwhile, Kyle will face Holden Novak’s (Nathan Owens) interrogation, so there’ll be plenty of questions about Kyle’s past with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Although Kyle may argue that it’s none of Holden’s business, he’ll also make it clear that whatever fling he shared with Audra is over.
Kyle will insist Claire is his future, but Holden will get under his skin and perhaps act like Audra is one of those women who haunts you.
Holden has firsthand experience with that, so he’ll know what he’s talking about!
However, Kyle might ultimately decide he can use Holden to his advantage somehow.
Since Kyle wants to get closer to Audra and nail down if she really has a miracle product, he might manipulate Holden along the way.
